Licenses can be denied for seeking help for mental illness or addiction, including alcohol.
Basically also reinstates the clinton assault weapon ban.
Prohibits any future bans on a gun registry.
Bans .50 cal or larger ammo.
10 round mag limit.
$30k-150k fine AND 5-40 years in prison for violating these new laws.
