That is the thing to remember, "voted". SOOOO many more people support trump than who voted. What about kids? Most all the kids at my children's school support him fully (granted, private school) but that is another 400 or so supporters, for that many parents. Trump most likely has support of at least a full 1/2 of the nation, which was at last count at 331million, which makes it at LEAST 165.5 million people. And honestly, probably a whole lot more, I would hazard to say 3/4 of the population at this point, although not everyone would admit.
yeah, I work with several kids from 16-20 and most of them adore Trump. And are very open about it. It’s those in their late to mid twenties who dislike Trump and who worshipped Hillary. This is in Canada, commie country.

It's an issue that comes up in Exodus and again in Thessalonians. I think the reasoning would be that after you resist God enough, He refuses to intervene as Satan deludes you and hardens your heart. One term for this is the permissive will of God. He lets bad things happen for His own purposes.

Great literature can be written by any political persuasion. If they're trying to make a political statement, it'll be garbage (Handmaid's Tale is a great example ... It's an attack on the right ... It'll never be timeless literature ...
