I would think any plane the President is on must be able to securely and confidentially receive and send out highly classified intelligence and have the ability to securely transmit nuclear codes. You can’t do either of these things in a regular ole airplane.

I flew into Chicago Midway a few years ago, and the pilot comes in so low it feels like the plane should be clipping the rooftops.
