Look at it this way. If the news said something but your close friend told you it was a lie, who would you believe? Would you believe the news or your friend? You are just a number and a dollar sign to the big media, even if you agree with everything they say and believe the same things they believe, you are just viewership numbers to them all.
Independent media where people start with a following of nobody and builds it up to hundreds of thousands, those have more of a connection to the content creator. You can also actually speak to them, you are not just a member number to them. They will value you as a viewer.

That is one of the worst charts ever. The do a point in time trust poll on a yearly or half yearly basis. I am sure they have better data with much smoother curves. Regardless, Trusting the MSM should run make a run towards 0. the real voting is turning off, unsubscribing, and ultimately thinking for your self.
If people just took the time to care a little bit more about the information they consume things would be better. Do some research, think for your self, call BS on things that don't pass the sniff test.
