I don't think so; McInerney said in the Absolute Truth film that the real votes were 79m Trump and 69m Joebama. Of course, this was an absolute landslide by any means. But I don't think it's possible for just 37% of the population to vote Joebama.
I think the real third party share was 0.5% or less. Don't forget that the Dominion/ES&S/Smartmatic algorithm likes to give the 3rd party much more votes than normal, in order to balance the cheating/cover it's tracks.

Just so everybody is aware of what is really occurring here.
This isn't an algorithm or weighted voting, also features of Dominion. This is due to the races starting with the GOP candidates at -300 and the Dems at 0. A whistleblower on OAN revealed that the machines can start with a candidate in the negatives according to user input.
The small variations, 299, 297, 300 etc, is due to normal counting errors.
