Either he knew about it and didn’t act, which would be unpardonable. Or he somehow didn’t find out about it until he no longer lived there? That just seems way too far-fetched for me.

Never heard of this theory. Sounds outlandish and stupid. The tunnels are well travelled and to hide children there makes no sense. They do not hide a lot of the children. They are in the open as the children of policy makers, other movers and shakers, or foster care.
In regards to hiding some other children, they are non entities. Born without a birth certificate, and only know pain, sadness and tears.
I have not seen any mention of the White House tunnels being involved in the trafficking. There are lots of other tunnels besides those, all over the place.
WHY would they have allowed him near these tunnels when he is not part of their CULT? Think you will find he didn't know until a whisleblower for lesser punishment Like maybe EPSTEIN or Maxwell told someone what was going on.

I believe the tunnels stretch miles. I’m not sure if when people say they were under the WH, they mean they have always been “under” the WH. Idk just my thought. Likewise, I can’t imagine that scenario and Trump not taking action.
I think the most likely explanation is that there are no children being hidden underneath the White House, and that footage from 2 weeks ago was most likely Joebama's grandchildren or one of his friend's children visiting.

FYI It is tunnels George W Bush Built. Work on the tunnel began quietly in February of 2003 and was completed two years later in time for George W. Bush’s second inauguration. The exact location has never been publicly disclosed, but can be worked out by examining the construction site through Google Earth’s historical imagery viewer. Any tunnels they knew about under Washington were more than likely cleaned out before Trump ever set foot in the White house.
given that DUMBS are several miles down it is certainly possible that new stuff have been recently discovered so that can be the cause of the rumors, however it is more likely that someone overheard something referring to what happened before Trump entered the White House and it stuck with them because of the current situation and spread from there.
I mean rumors having some basis in truth but getting key details wrong isn't exactly unheard of...
