The Bible speaks positively about milk and meat--ALL the "food groups", actually: meat, dairy, fruits, veggies, whole grains, natural fats/oils. It's all there. Even sweets (honey, dates--natural sources in reasonable amounts). Modern "science" demonizing various natural, healthy foods is just one more way to try to keep us sick and dying.
Although this is true, the bible didn't have us eating meat until after Noah's ark. I don't know if that is because if the Nephelom's diets or if it is because if our life span change. Makes me wonder, if that is the case, then the garden if Eden was vegetarian and if we are gonna live forever in said garden. Then is the after life vegetarian?
Hahaha, if there was no diabetes or draw backs to eat, I would totally be ok with living off cookies.
I agree, but God also describes great land as the land of milk and honey. So I assume we would get to eat the thinks animals make. So eggs, milk, honey or cheese for examples. I just don't know about the meat. I kinda hope we can and that animals have a life cycle. Otherwise those little yapper dogs are gonna be so annoying after 150 years or so.
I would think so. God is all about breaking bread and hospitality is huge is Christianity. So I could see a you don't eat meat, but I can't see a time when you don't have people over for a meal.
Good point. I expect the changed post-flood environment had a serious effect on the nutritional value of the available plants and meat was then needed at that point. Good question abt the after life! I guess we’ll find out!
My girlfriend is awesome but she’s a vegan.
Her and all of her vegan friends/coworkers, the female ones at least, are always gaining weird weight in the weirdest ways.
Veganism is the scam of all scams, keeps people in a morally righteous daze while fattening and weakening them to a point where they are NO threat to anyone. And you can know it from their zeal. Vegans can get ridiculously militant about their bad ideas.
Definitely don’t leave Veganism out when ranting about brainwashed culture. It’s up they’re with racism, sexism, and fenmjnism for sure.
Veganism leads to degenerative disease due to lack of nutrition (Lierre Keith
The Vegetarian Myth: Food, Justice, and Sustainability), and mental illness and frequently, anorexia (Dr. Campbell-McBride Gut and Psychology Syndrome), and sons with tiny or pea-sized penises (family). Expect birth defects due to insufficient nutrition unless course correction.
Literal at birth. No length but otherwise a boy. The other boy by a different mother I don't believe was a vegan during pregnancy but can't tolerate foods like beef or milk, had a penis about 1/5 the volume of my younger brothers born in the 70s and 80s. Hopefully the growth was only delayed. I haven't asked.
Do you know how to find legitimately organic food? Not sure how to navigate that. Are most fruits and vegetables in your average grocery store genetically modified to the point where they should be avoided ?
Yes from what I’ve heard the ‘new’ vegan burgers have 1000% more estrogen in them - which makes a lot more sense why there’s so many men that are Becoming more effeminate, and why women are becoming more bitches! Same thing with Bill Gates and his stupid synthetic me that they grow somewhere. You know there’s gonna be a bunch of fucking hormones in it, to keep people even more fucked up with the hormones
I don’t give a fuck what you call it. I’m just making a statement that those burgers have a shit ton of estrogen in them. Hence the reason why everybody’s turning fucking gay, and all these liberal bitches are so angry all the time. Estrogen does that.
Yeah my point was if your vegan why are you eating a meat substitute, it's super unhealthy and not vegan at all. Things like blackbean burgers are great but that impossible meat is just junk food and worse for you than non vegan junk food.
I guess you didn’t read the link that I posted. There are a lot of people who call themselves vegan, who eat Impossible burgers. I am not vegan so I can’t tell you what a vegan would do. I don’t care if you call somebody vegan, or if you call somebody who eats alternative foods, but yes people that are vegans eat impossible burgers. This is what I’m trying to explain, I’m not a food expert, I’m just stating what I read in an article that’s it. I didn’t know people are gonna have a nervous break down about my post regarding amount of estrogen that’s in impossible burgers. Read up on it. Of course there’s gonna be a bunch of fake news that say the opposite. You decide it’s not up to me I’m not the vegan expert it was just a simple post.
Vegans who eat meat substitutes are like men who claim they are M>F trans but don't go through the operation to replace their penis and then demand females have sex with them because they too are lesbian.
Also I don't know about estrogen but just in general all that processed vegan food is the equivalent of junk food and some people eat it all the time which is no wonder they are unhealthy.
And yes I do agree that vegans to eat meat substitutes are like men who don’t cut off their penises when they become transgender. That’s the whole thing about the transgender bullshit I fucking hate there’s no such thing as chicks with Dicks just men with tits. They want to be women, but they want to have dick so they can still jack off
Vegan meat substitutions have been around for a very long time and aren't "1000%" estrogen or whatever else nonsense you said.
They're soy, yes, but many, many cultures eat soy and aren't "effeminate" and the women aren't "bitches". That's not how it works.
Yes, soy can balance estrogen in small amounts, but do you... honestly think meat doesn't have hormones in it? You're eating the flesh and blood of something that was alive. You're consuming a degree of hormonal content.
Vegan meat is just texture soy protein, typically. If not solely TVP, it's seitan (flours) or some kinda legume protein.
Rockefeller Foundation spent heavily to determine a diet that would weaken the population. Many studies (private) were conducted to find and promote foods that reduce testosterone and promote obesity. They succeeded.
All hormones require cholesterol as building blocks. Drugs like the statin class block the mevalonate pathway to reduce cholesterol.
Cholesterol is vital and necessary.
150 years ago humans consumed almost entirely saturated and monounsaturated fats. Polyunsaturated fats (PUFA) were only about 1 to 2% of the diet. Seed oils (cotton, then corn and soybean) are very high in polyunsaturated fats.
These fats are fragile. Saturated fats contain no double bonds. They are a straight carbon chain all terminated with hydrogens. They do not oxidize or go rancid.
Polyunsaturated fats have multiple double bonds and easily oxidize and rancidify. When our bodies make structures with these fragile fatty acids the whole organism becomes fragile. Every cell has a lipid (fatty acid) membrane. Every mitochondria has a inner/outer membrane. When these vital membranes are made from fragile, easily oxidized fatty acids they are susceptible to disfunction (ie cardiolipin disfunction within mitochondria).
On a macro scale you can test the effect of limiting polyunsaturated fats (below 4% of total fats) on yourself. After several months you will not be vulnerable to sunburn for several hours. If your skin can improve its resiliency to sunburn how will other vital structures within your body react?
We are designed to consume saturated and monounsaturated fats, those that are found in natural human food. When we eat calories to excess we store them as saturated fats. We also have an enzyme(SCD1) to transform some saturated to monounsaturated fats. We have no ability to create polyunsaturated fat at all. Native humans only ate trace amounts but modern humans routinely have fat stores that are 30% or more PUFA.
If there is any single dietary change that will impact your health it is eliminating PUFA from your diet. Unfortunately, modern pork and chicken (because they are monogastric animals) have high PUFA because of their seed oil and grain diets.
Eat steak and ruminant organs and prosper.
Thanks for taking the time to write this. Interesting point about the pork/chicken versus ruminants. Any resources to look at about the Rockefeller Foundation researching diet influence?
The same can be said for modern medicine in many aspects. Notice how they have made people believe that time-tested natural herb treatments are the realm of hippies while chemical drugs are best for you - even though some of these herbal cures have been used for thousands of years.
I've done fair amount of research and from it I'm of the opinion that too much meat and dairy is not great for us. particularly avoid processed, non-organic and/or genetically modified. moreover, cancer thrives in acidic environments (meat and dairy driven diets) and dies off in basic/alkaline environments (green leafy vegetables diet)
I don't doubt that's possible. I do think that at the point cancer is identified though that it's imperative that one goes with an alkaline diet, meaning no meat
i presume that to have gotten to the stage you have cancer however one is likely been poisoned by other things that aren't specific result of meat....vaccines, GMOs, non stick cooking pans, fluoride, etc
I did a little looking into Warburg effect and certainly seems to make sense. guess I'm thinking in simpler terms for a normie to change diet without getting too deep or complicated for them as a regimen to follow. would an alkaline green leafy diet not produce proper biological conditions without meat in your opinion ?
thanks for thoughts. I am firm believer that sunblocks cause skin and likely other cancer ...between the lab chemicals in them that are absorbed and/or adsorbed and the fact that either way they block the uptake of natural Vitamin D it seems only logical
I'm not a fan of meat simply because of all the crap they put in it, in biblical times they were not injecting their cattle with vaccines, vitamins, and God knows what else. If you raise cattle on your own without adding to it then it's probably okay to eat. I prefer being more close to vegan, even the fish i eat is bad but not as bad as the beef, chicken or pork.
You have no clue how they raise cattle do you? Even in the dairy industry they use antibiotic injections, vaccinations, vitamins, some of the cows have "ports" where a farmer can access one of their stomachs. That isn't how people raised cattle back in the bible, it doesn't seem healthy to me at all either.
Meat is VERY good for you. Especially beef, and ESPECIALLY liver. Chicken, not so much. Lamb is great, and always grass fed, since that is all lambs eat. Pork, OK. Rabbit, duck, yes!! Venison and game: Yes!! You don't need a ton, but make sure you eat some! Milk is best if raw, naturally, but NEVER get skim, 1% or 2 %, because they are doctored with powdered milk, which contains deadly oxidized cholesterol. Just whole milk. Also good for you.
Just my opinion, I think we don’t need meat at every meal, maybe once a day is adequate. Dairy is kind of BS as a good group. Way too much fat and cholesterol to justify the calcium and protein. The natural source of calcium would be nuts, beans, dark leafy greens, which rarely get consumed in adequate amounts. Greens should replace dairy as a food group. They provide tremendous nutrients.
As a humorous note, where do cows get their calcium? Grass... ha. Although on industrial farms they mostly just get hay and corn plus supplements.
A good point vegans make about dairy- what other animal drinks another animals milk? Or continues to drink milk after infancy?
What upsets me is that human infants have been divorced from drinking human milk for the past almost 100 years. This is terrible for their tiny bodies and sets them up for a lifetime of disadvantage. They say breastfed babies have higher iqs- but think of it another way- they have NORMAL iqs because human milk is supposed to be the default nutrition. That means formula consuming babies have lower iqs. That’s just cold logic. I feel sad for women forced into this position by the system. The role of mother has been denigrated and made nearly obsolete. :(
Anyway... there’s some truth to what vegans say but I think moderation is almost always the best.
Edit- I’m speaking from an Asian perspective btw. We eat tons of greens and veggies at most meals and not so heavy on the meat. Much smaller emphasis on dairy and not so big on processed food. Vegetarianism is much more mainstream here, it’s been a major part of our culture for millennia. Just sharing my second opinion. ^_^
So I have managed feed store for the last 18 years and know an insane amount about meat, veggies, vitamins and minerals. Let me tell ya, it's all bull shit. It isn't possible to get all the amino acids and protein a man needs without meat, a large amount of eggs or soy, but soy will zap your testosterone. Don't eat soy, it's just not worth it.
Most definitely! We need the protein. Bill Gates now pushing his fake lab meat so we don’t get the nutrients. Beef is high in iron too. A great website for researching foods & natural remedies is naturalnews.com
I have this weird thought that God gave us "cheater" foods, foods packed with protein and nutrients that we could use to supplement our diet, because He knew that it would be hard for us to cultivate our food (thru the curse). Those foods that are weird to eat: milk, eggs, honey... weird because milk is for baby goats and cows, eggs because those are for baby chicks, and honey, well, for baby bees.
And on the other hand, I think God warned us not to eat some foods because they are harmful to us. Included are animals that are scavengers like pigs, shellfish, certain birds.
The Bible speaks positively about milk and meat--ALL the "food groups", actually: meat, dairy, fruits, veggies, whole grains, natural fats/oils. It's all there. Lol, right. God bless fellow patriot.
Very true. I should have been more clear that all food GROUPS are there, though some specific foods were off limits for the Hebrews.
Yea the delicious ones

Plants are one-facultied beings...
Any time liberals come up with an idea they think is fantastic, I do the opposite. It's worked out for me so far.
Veganism leads to degenerative disease due to lack of nutrition (Lierre Keith The Vegetarian Myth: Food, Justice, and Sustainability), and mental illness and frequently, anorexia (Dr. Campbell-McBride Gut and Psychology Syndrome), and sons with tiny or pea-sized penises (family). Sorry if it's a stupid question but when you say 'pea-sized' is that hyperbole or literal? Not exactly something I want to research lol.
Literal at birth. No length but otherwise a boy. I'd argue that's not real veganism, that's just substitution. Veganism is more whole food plant based.
I don’t give a fuck what you call it. I’m just making a statement that those burgers have a shit ton of estrogen in them. Hence the reason why everybody’s turning fucking gay, and all these liberal bitches are so angry all the time. Estrogen does that.

Exactly! My dad always told me everything in moderation!
Qurious,
Right on, pede!!!
You nailed it. Estrogenization of the populous is a huge goal they’ve been working towards for decades.
Way to sniff that one out!
HARVESTING baby parts as a food supplement is weaning us into cannibalism. Its listed as other in ingredients.
The same can be said for modern medicine in many aspects. Notice how they have made people believe that time-tested natural herb treatments are the realm of hippies while chemical drugs are best for you - even though some of these herbal cures have been used for thousands of years.
I’m not saying that eating soy burgers or vegan burgers is going to make a man grow boobs, but I the amount of estrogen in those products would definitely make a man more effeminate, and cause women to be off the chain with their emotions. https://www.google.com/amp/s/arstechnica.com/science/2019/12/plant-based-burgers-will-make-men-grow-boobs-livestock-news-reports/%3famp=1
Yes they do. They grow boobs in men and teenage girls waaaaay too young. They’ve been estrogenizing the world for decades.
Spot on...if it seems stupid and crazy...it probably is.

I always just try and study what the oldest population in the world has traditionally eaten, the 'blue zone'.
The establishment wants to eating meat and dairy it makes you sick and killls you

Everyone needs to eat the whole animal, nose to tail . If we just eat muscle we get about 40% of the nutrients in the animal.
They obviously lied about the vegan agenda. Humanity has been eating meat and drinking milk for thousands if not millions of years.
Suddenly that's bad because a bunch of simps say so? lol
“Fat a Documentary”. Watch this movie. Suppressed research has been going on for a long time.

Read Aajonus Vonderplanitz he figured out how to live to 200 and that cancer is actually a healthy detox no need to die from it at all
In moderation is best
There are Italians, Greeks, and Japanese that live to the century mark eating dairy, meat, and pasta.
What matters more is sleep and exercise. I would say genes play more of an influence to longevity than diet.
