I don’t think it’s too far out of the realm of possibilities that it could have been staged. If the good guys intercepted the plan for the assassination attempt they could have “staged” it to trick the deep state into believing the plan was successful.

This obscures the way the limo slowed to an almost stop. The edited footage also eliminates all but one ninth of a second of the head shot. This erases the fountain of blood and brain matter that sprayed at least two feet into the air according to witnesses and those who saw the unedited film. The version we see also has a crude black box superimposed over the back of JFK's head, concealing the gaping head wound. The fatal shot in all likelihood was fired from an open sewer hole just past the Grassy Knoll, where gunman also fired but missed.

I've seen a picture of him on the table at the morgue with a hollow head. It was not fake.
He in no way survived unless he was raised by God or cloned.
