Given how people are increasingly identifying as gay, bi, trans, etc, it seems clear that there is at least some cultural influence. I don’t know if there is any genetic cause or influence as well, but nurture is certainly something that can cause more people to be gay in a society.
Personally I think it's a choice. God did not create man and woman to be attracted to one another. That was created by the ideas of humans. In my opinion, is natural. There are many researches on this topic and in nature we have many homosexual animals. The human is only one of them.
