First off This isnt about the bans, or an Evspra discussion. I will admit i have a lot of time for evspra, but thats neither here nor there for this thread. Ill happily deport anyone who turns it into that btw, because OFF TOPIC.

No, my beef with Georgie has to do with what the website uses and considers its users. Im getting 25 cookies from their homepage alone, and it cant actually load on mobile now (i suspect their trackers are causing that too, they usually do). The usage of addthis guarantees what you do on george.news is known by google and others within 24 hours. There is no opt out. You either agree to be tracked or they will refuse service. You are theirs when you use george.

So what does this all mean? It means they can act all nice and sweet, claim they aint in it for the money. Then all the while they smile at you, they sell what you do and are interested in to the highest bidder. I should know, i helped design some of the tools for analysing the results.

Every word you type in a search bar anywhere is captured if these trackers are in place. Login to the site, they get your email as a validation and can apply the algorithmic data associated to it. This is then aggregated into audiences that advertiser spend on like an auction house. Your eyeballs can even be monitored through your camera to see what you look at. No one really realises just how often their activities alone are bought and sold every day. They collect all that data effectively for free and make a killing if it performs.

it's no longer about not asking for donations or selling tshirts.

George in this case is making a mint on being the only vector for targeting conservatives for data. They dont need your donations if they are taking from you what you throw away everyday online for free, and reselling it to people who hate you, and can use it to hurt you. Given the people buying said data want to put all trump supporters in re-education camps, ill take a hard pass at providing any forms of pii or time on screen to GN moving forwards.

GN supporters coming out of the woodwork here also have some comms tactics that im very familar with, from when i debated commies and actual right wing extremists. The collectivist loves using motte and baileys, strawmen and streams of tu quoque to demoralise targets. When that fails, they just revert to ad hominem. If they know they can't win, they go straight to the insults.

i also keep going back to q saying "HELLO GEORGE". I always thought it meant soros, but now... Not sure.

GN and its community is being watched by people you really don't want watching, and they are bulk trawling all they can on you. now if you are comfortable with the practice of you and what you do being resold to coke to make you less white by the power of diabetes, Pfizer to make you sterile/dead in the name of vaccination, and wayfair to find out how old your kid might be, on your head be it. Thats your choice to avcept that poyential risk.
