If corporations start requiring their employees to get the vaccine; and some of the employees get permanently damaged by it; aren't the corporations liable?

Forcing a medical experiment is a clear violation of the Nuremberg code (unambiguously). They can SAY they will force it, but if they actually discriminate in any way against someone who doesn't take it, they are subject to civil and criminal prosecution for crimes against humanity.
I seriously doubt any corporation will take such a risk at this time. If they do, please let us know. It WILL go to court and be HUGE!
They do not even have the right to know your medical history. If they ask about your vaccination status, you have the right to say it is none of their business. If they fire you on that basis, you have a juicy constructive dismissal lawsuit.
They own SCOTUS anyway.

Whatever happened to HIPPA? I worked in healthcare and HIPPA was king! How can you force someone to tell you if they did or did not have a vaccine when this is private health information? Do I have to prove I have had a measles vaccine to work? This damn virus is 99.x% curable...it does not need a fking vaccine...unless you are a libtard.

Some clever lawyer will find a loop hole and sue the companies that mandate this. The vaccine manufacturers have the release from liability no one else does. Plus there had to be loop holes, what about people who are allergic to the medicine in the vaccine itself. You can’t force people to take anything.

That is for the government and vaccine makers that are not liable. If your company forces it then your company can be liable.
Thought it was illegal for anyone to require an emergency use authorized medical treatment. It’s still undergoing trials.

This why you try them in the court of public opinion. Fake news won’t matter when viable social media alternatives exist to circumvent the propaganda.
Also, it’s against the Geneva convention. I believe Israel has such a case before the Hague, so there’s that.
Problem is, there is probably no law on the books that specifically makes it illegal to require an experimental treatment as a condition of employment. This means, it will need to go all the way to supreme court. Good luck with that.

Additionally, most insurance policies do not cover “experimental therapies” including vaccinations or other methods not fully approved. Get a Vax.. experience complications/death... go bankrupt... now under government control.
There is no way to prove the vaccine cured anything though.
That said my husband is an insurance broker and according to him all this talk about companies not covering in such cases is untrue. A rumor gone wild
I think in countries like Australia, it will fall under worker's comp (which will ultimately cost the tax payers). Lucky we dont have any idiot companies screaming mandatory vaccines.
But in every country, there should be a way to fold this into employers' liability in some way. You might need to prove that you took the vaccine under duress, and only because it was mandated to keep your job.
Wondering same. Could be why big corp are highly encouraging/facilitating vaccination but not outright requiring. If all those who receive report it then it’s still known (roughly) who has not.
However, it will be very difficult to prove it.
They should its an EXPERIMENTAL DRUG... only approved for emergency use and no plandemic emergency now
