My husband humors me, and I do get it. He works long hours and I have the fortune of being a stay home mom. I talked with my sons pediatrician a few months ago about the election/covid briefly and he said essentially that he is responsible for so much, that he can’t go into the rabbit hole. I think it will get to the point where they will have to but I get those who are responsible for so much and can’t afford to have sleepless nights. I woke up at 4:30am because I was thinking about a school board meeting this morning I can’t go to because of my kids. I decided to email them and then my county commissioners the same thing. They are meeting to discuss ditching the muzzles off our children. I’m praying it happens, I am at a well check appointment for my son and the nurse was saying they are already seeing the emotional/psychological effects on the children. She was saying she fears the consequences as time goes on.

Not an excuse, but I believe IF it ever came down to the point that action must be taken, you will see it.

Imagine owning a home and the neighbor keeps chucking cats over the fence in your yard. His cat keeps making babies, endless supply. Your child feels the cats deserve food, so you feed them.
