My dad (libtard lifelong civ dod employee), after showing him something similar about something else Democrats do, “if gov’t employees had to follow every law, they wouldn’t get anything done”
That was sort of thd point of the 10th amendment. It doesn't get rid of the whole thing, but it makes it clear that anythi g beyond the Constitutions powers are beyond federal reach and belong to the states
There's a reason they threw out the 10th amendment first.
That is similar to how they put the drunk teenager who once relieved himself on his yawn on the sexual predators' list for life. This makes a mockery of what the list was supposed to do - alert the public that they've got a dangerous sexual predator in the area. With everyone and their mother being added to the list for relatively minor infractions, it's useless as a tool for the public to protect themselves.
Okay, wtf, how do we know with 100% certainty that those mail totes have Federal mail in them? I own a private business and this is exactly how we drop off large batches of mail to the post office. Is there any additional proof that the mail in those totes are indeed Federal or just because Sidney says so? Don’t get me wrong, I love Sidney but (with the exception that Biden sticker) that could be a picture of one of my employees on a run to the post office.
I'm with you on this one. I used to work for a newspaper and we would print out subscription renewal letters and other things and I had to put a couple of these boxes full of those in my car and take it to the post office.
It is. My first thought was it might have been one of the many photos and videos people took of irregularities in ballot handling. Lin Wood posted some. Jovan Pulitzer did too. I assumed the people taking the pics or videos likely swore out affidavits. But after reading the comments of people doubting these photos on this post I became skeptical it was Sidney’s account.
First of all, what you see in this picture could not be illegal at all.
Let me explain.
I own a printing company. We do direct mail postcard services for small, local Mom & Pop businesses. Think “Junk Mail.”
We go to the Post Office and request enough of these bins for our customer’s mailing. The Post Office gives them to us, legally and willingly.
The Post Office personnel prefer these bins because this makes processing our order more efficient and easy for them.
We then completely presort our order for them, usually by zip codes. Once the complete order is presorted and put in theses bins at our shop, we then take the full order to our local post office to drop off. We need no special license to transport an order TO the post office that they, in turn, will mail out for us.
We can drive it over in our work van, our car, hell, even a pick up truck like this guy did. Doesn’t matter. It is perfectly legal.
Hope that explains things more clearly as to what this picture actually could depict.
P.S. I love Sidney, but there is no way to say with 100% certainty that this is Federal Mail in this picture. It is most likely “Junk Mail” being transported to the Post Office by a local printer. (Yes, there are Biden supporters who own printing companies.)
Explain contractor mail men/women delivering mail in their private vehicles. Responsible for insuring them,. My mail lady delivers in a privately-owned vehicle. Last few have. Northern Michigan,
Small town, not that small.
Have a Secretary of State; State Police, and a Walmart.
Those vehicles are approved by the USPS BEFORE use. I live in a small town in West Volusia County, FL. In the area where I live, we have a postal carrier who uses her own SUV. I've talked to the people who run out tiny little p.o. about their use of personal vehicles. They showed me the form they use to apply to use their personal vehicles. They go thru inspections, have to have other lights installed to use instead of their parking lights, etc. The USPS let's the small, rural post offices do this b cause they have no auto mechanic support in those areas.
A few years back I worked as a rural mail carrier and there are a few routes in each office that are designated personal vehicle routes or PV routes. They usually are out in the sticks where the roads would be difficult for the normal mail vehicle to go down. So Sydney is not 100% correct here, however this is not a normal route in process. This is probably them taking some form of bulk, looks like mail in ballots with the red, either to a smaller office from the main or reverse. Also mail carriers go through back ground checks and are then considered "agents" of a sort so they can hold any mail in any vehicle. I've had my vehicle break down and had an unemployed friend drive me around the entire route for a few days while my vehicle was in the shop. They hired her the next hiring cycle. The Biden sticker thopugh, is poor taste and my old office would never of let us have it visible.
this is absolutely a non-issue. You don't know/can't see what type of mail they are transporting in those containers. They could be solicitations for donations for all we know. Why waste time on a subjective picture when you supposedly have a treasure trove of electoral fraud evidence?? This makes our side look weak and petty cause we have no proof. It weakens our case. Powell is a lawyer and should know better, disappointed in her right now.
I didn't make the claim. People transport mail from businesses and offices in those types of bins all the time. There is 0 indication that those are ballots.
They may be, but one cannot make that assertion without any evidence.
It's most likely that this person is transporting empty containers, as with the car in front.
The BIDEN sticker looks weird, but it could just be pixelation.
This really isn't evidence of anything. In fact, this is terrible circumstantial evidence.
Yes, she does know this. I think this is to drive the MSM and the Democrats crazy, so they start yelling and screaming that there was no cheating and that there is no evidence of cheating and then in court, she brings out the real evidence. IMO
That is most likely, it'd make sense, because as it stands, this kind of picture, legally speaking, is not proof of anything. There's no timeframe for this, there's no context or reference, there's no nothing.
We know they cheated, but this as it stands, as a singular, poor resolution picture, doesn't prove anything.
I know it's not what people HERE want to hear, but if you're going to go out claiming something, realistically you need something more solid. I just personally don't like it when people make claims on something so flimsy. It makes the whole argument look really silly.
If they were empty the totes would stack nicely. But you can see one totem sits like 14" higher than the last one, because there is stuff (mail) in them.
And a Biden sticker to top it all off... no shame.
Looks legit.
These people are retarded
My dad (libtard lifelong civ dod employee), after showing him something similar about something else Democrats do, “if gov’t employees had to follow every law, they wouldn’t get anything done”
That's a cop out statement. And basically admits that our current system of govt is FUBAR.
But don't you dare cut any of those laws or regulations! /s
Yeah, well liberals believe that laws only apply to conservatives. "No Amendment is absolute" according to fake pos Biteme.
Is he a white male?

Is that really Sidney Powell‘s account?
yes
first time seeing this photo?

Why is Sydney Powell wasting her time worrying about petty issues like this? Don’t we have election fraud and other proceedings to hurry to?

With permission maybe?

Imagine that! Ballots with Joe's name on them moved in plain sight.
I'll bet the postmaster General knows all about this.
...that would get a postie fired in the spot in Canada. I assume USPS is the same.
Maybe were filled with Trump ballots they dumped somewhere?
Gee and isn't it something that the pickup has a biden bumper sticker?
How do you know those are ballots?
how do you know they are not?

I'm on her side...
But, rural routes are driven by part time employees in personal vehicles for as long as I've been alive.
Not saying that this is the same. This is probably voter fraud.
But, just pointing out that there are often times that mail is carried for delivery in personal vehicles.
It's most likely that this person is transporting empty containers, as with the car in front. The BIDEN sticker looks weird, but it could just be pixelation. This really isn't evidence of anything. In fact, this is terrible circumstantial evidence.

I came here for this comment specifically. Thank you!

sorry but they were this sloppy
