Sadly, even if this happened, I don't think most people would arrive at the correct conclusion. The narrative would probably be that some new mutated disease is responsible, or some environmental factor that reacts negatively with the vacciene. Or some entirely new nonsense reason. But the vacciene itself could never be responsible.
