Almost certainly a unique identifying hash being used for the transactions within that blockchain. Hell it could even be on its own private system.

A hypothetical question for all the Democrat trolls following my feed... What if DHS anticipated DNC counting fraud. What if they "tagged" each legitimate ballot. What would happen if DHS does an audit of all counted ballots and find ballots without the tag - what happens then?

I really wish it was a big sting but it's been 6 months. If they were going to take anyone down it would have been done already. This is going to be a long slog. The longest and most painful March through the USA. The reality is that the election was stolen and our federal government is occupied by an enemy force. We need to remove ALL of them from office. Honestly we should completely eliminate the Federal government and as start over

Not that there weren't watermarks on the ballots, but that it was some sting operation lead by homeland security or some other federal agency. I believe the state is in control of getting the ballots printed so not sure how the federal government would inject themselves.
