I've just fallen face-first down a rabbit hole. To be honest, I don't really know what I've stumbled across, but it's odd enough and strange enough to grab my attention. All that I have right now are the puzzle pieces. I don't know how to put them together, if they even CAN be put together. I submit this for your review. Perhaps someone else can make sense of them.

Whether any of these claims are true, are strictly fabrications, or just misdirection, I don't know. It's hard to know what to believe any more. But, generally-speaking, where there's smoke, there's usually fire.
Yeah. No. This is a really, really old article filled with partial truths and misstatements. I know several scientists at CERN. You can find a conspiracy in anything if you look hard enough. CERN is just a playground for a bunch of particle physicists looking to probe the mysteries of the universe. There is nothing menacing about it, other than it is hugely expensive. I hate to see stupid conspiracy theories advanced when there are so many real ones to concentrate on, so let me try and answer this for you. To address the 10 points in your article:
CERN is the world’s biggest machine - Yep. It's massive and expensive. Don't see why that would be controversial.
Massive gravitational pull - Umm...no. Massive electromagnetic pull. Completely different forces involved. Gravity is very weak. This kind of error should immediately make you suspicious that the writer has no idea what they are talking about.
CERN generates extreme temperatures - Obviously. You can't very well probe particles that only exist at high energy without creating high energy.
But Stephen Hawking is worried - No he isn't. His comments were taken completely out of context. And besides of which, Hawking is now dead and all of that never came to pass.
Opening the door to other dimensions - Don't confuse dimensions with mysticism. Physics has a very strict definition of what a dimension is, and it is not what this guy is thinking. It is one of the things that grates on me when people like Simon Parkes use the word "dimension" to mean some kind of spiritual plane. We don't even know how many physical dimensions our own universe has. Any additional dimensions are likely very compactified and impossible to access. There was hope CERN might give us a wedge into these tiny, curled up dimensions hypothesized by string theory. No such dimensions were detected. The writer is conflating terms.
CERN’s curious choice of geographic location - No idea. The accelerator had to go somewhere. There was a bunch of politics involved in choosing the site.
Tapping into ‘Dark Matter’ - Dark Matter is completely theoretical. We have no idea what it is or if it even exists. It has never been found, and while CERN was hoping to find a particle that might help us understand it, nothing ever panned out. So this is a non issue.
CERN logo - Yeah....that's a tough one. The actual logo is designed to represent the shape of the accelerator, with the line segments representing the paths where the accelerator can inject particles into the racetrack. I can definitely see where the shape might be misconstrued by a conspiracy theorist. It's a stretch to try and claim there is any more meaning to it than the actual intent though. But I can't prove to you that everything isn't Luciferian. But do try and keep in mind that sometimes pizza just means pizza.
Deity of destruction as corporate mascot - Shiva as a destroyer can also mean the destroyer of darkness and bringer of a new age of enlightenment. There are many facets to Hindu gods. To myopically choose one connotation like this is disingenuous of the author.
No Democratic debate - I'm not sure what kind of "democratic" debate the author thinks he should get. If he means these crazy conspiracies that CERN would swallow the universe in a black hole, no genuine scientist took them seriously. And as this fear is a decade old and no such cataclysm ever happened, I think we can safely say that this was all much ado about nothing.
First, I agree with your sentiment where people use terms that show that they don't really understand the topic. It is definitely grating, and particularly frustrating when explaining the problems with the claims gets treated as shilling.
Now, CERN is one that I do not possess any real knowledge beyond the sales pitch. So, don't treat this as calling BS, but the way you use the term "conspiracy theory" really isn't doing any favors for yourself and for the same reason.
11 - I've seen many times where people confuse gravity with electromagnetism. Misapplication of the terms really highlights people that know just enough to get themselves in trouble with people who do know.
14 - the string theorists have run the math and have concluded a certain specific number of dimensions. However, it could really be mental masturbation since there isn't really any way to test these things. I do believe the mysticism types use the jargon specifically to create their own meaning as you describe.
17 - this response is the most shilly of your comments. Particularly given that this is the worlds biggest machine, put together by a global group of physicists, funded by deep state and somehow you expect us to believe that the choice of symbols they use to apply to the project are just arbitrary and not something that was run through multiple iterations and teams of people trying to create the correct representation. Do you also think it is coincidence about all the rest of these symbols have secondary and tertiary occultic meanings?
18 - clever, plausible, but runs contrary to the rest of the symbolism that you chose to brush aside.
11 - Gravity and electromagnetism.

Have you watched all of the video's of the opening ceremonies and the initial dedications of cern? I totally agree that sometimes pizza is just pizza and that they do very legitimate and amazing physics work there. And I have heard some plausible explanations for "parts of performances" of the grand opening ceremonies.
But some of that is really out there and honestly to "my way of thinking" just totally invites the conspiracy and demon/devil types of theories. As if intentional.

Is it possible that CERN is a carefully constructed front for an inner circle with sinister intentions? Similar to how the Freemasons are a normal, charitable organization with nobody understanding its true nature until you get to the very high echelons of power? I suppose something like that is theoretically possible. I don't rule out anything completely. But there is absolutely no secrecy at CERN. No insider ever says "You know, there is something odd going on at that place." With secret organizations, there are almost always hints like that of something being subtly "just not right." Somebody always notices something. There is always a whistleblower. There is zero of that with CERN.
That is just the reality. So if you are going to assume it has some kind of hidden purpose, it is going to need to be extremely well hidden and likely only symbolic in nature. Because the functioning of the accelerator is totally exposed and does not appear to have a hidden agenda. So if there is something demonic about it, nobody who works there or visits there or runs experiments there has any idea or involvement in it. It just does science, and all the experiments are carefully reviewed by an international steering committee that is constantly getting new members.
That just doesn't leave much room for a really good conspiracy.
You are right, it doesn't. But still I can understand why so many think so if all they have to go by is the extremely weird ass ceremony videos. Strange stuff.
I tend to believe the aims, because the scientists running those programs have stayed themselves and just they are trying to open portals to other dimensions. And you can't ignore all the Satanic/Luciferian sorcery in their dedications when they first opened it and then again after they finished upgrades and enlargement.
