The truth is in the numbers, and that is why they won't tell how many positives came at 25+ cycles. It's been one massive fraud from the beginning.
Unfortunately where I am you aren't given a choice. I haven't been tested, but my wife has been twice. Men in hazmat suits show up to your door if it is discovered that you came into contact with anyone who tested positive. You are then placed under house arrest for two weeks regardless of the outcome of your test.
