It is not the same lady speaking to her, it was someone in a uniform jacket. At first, it appeared to be security, but by the way the agent grabbed her, it almost looked like a perp walk.
My hearing is fine. I think this is a lot of wishful thinking / false hope, we are expected to believe doctored audios, and people are hearing what they want to hear.
