A few reasons.

1. Some don't want to set precedent.

2. Some realize that this needs to go to the SCOTUS as quickly as possible so it's better they don't provide judgement.

3. They could be threatened.

I'd say that it's not enough to simply get Trump back in office, we need to arrest the criminals, and that means it had to come to an Audit. Without the full Audit, there can be no arrests.

As I understand it, most of the cases got rejected because of standing and not because the cases lacked merit. There's a big difference here that most people have missed. Normies think the cases were rejected because there was no evidence of fraud, but nothing could be farther from the truth.

We are in an epic US government class where Trump is the lead instructor. We are being taken through the workings of our country step by step....so that we will once again remember our power. People wouldn’t have believed those judges judgements were bipartisan. We, the people, have to see this all first hand so everyone can know the truth without question or debate. We are an instant, want it yesterday society being made to wait... this could never be an instant fix. Waking up everyone takes time and everyone is worth the wait to waken. Class isn’t dismissed.

The truth is, none of us know. If there is a plan and it is still in progress we may someday know these answers. If not, we were screwed long ago. I keep my hopes alive that something will happen soon.

As I understand they are not the ones who should be taking the cases. Since there was a federal certification of the votes (Dirty30Pence) then the supreme court has to make ultimate ruling. Regarding the states suing other states, this was a president issue. Also it believe the it was not part of the PLAN to remedy the election fraud quickly in order to let things play out.

Side note: the military wanted to step in and do coup to take Obama out but Trump asked them to wait. By waiting and being strategic there was immense amount of additional wrongs that could be fixed.

I added the side note to illustrate how, long term, strategic this whole thing is. If the Trump appointed judges overturn things then it will not have the impact of Americans stepping up and taking care of things. This has been the goal all along, to return power to the people. the people have to take back the power first. The power can't just be stripped from the cabal then given to "good guys" the American as a whole must seize the power back at the opportune time. (Look at all the state legislatures doing massive changes to achieve freedom, i.e. Florida.)

Did Trump appoint them or McConnell? I dont think Trump really picked them personally himself.

Judges are overworked, underpaid and malnourished. It just so happened by coincidence that these 61 judges needed some R&R and were incapable of taking on the extra workload. :0}

It is all part of the plan IMHO. The only way to get this done to expose the entire deep state system was to have Trump lose and show the people what the deep state has planned for them.

Too many people were still asleep. This has to come from the bottom up. The people need to be the ones to restore this country as many already are by going in and refusing mask policies and critical race theory teaching in their schools.

Good people are gonna ask to have their own counties/states audit their election results when the real cheating is shown in these other states undergoing audits.

The people had to reach the precipice before they would change. When they realize the deep state released COVID on purpose.... When they realize the deep state cabal are deep into pedophilia. When they realize how corrupt EVERY aspect of society has become.... I'd say we are almost there.

The cases were a political hot potato. Not many judges would want that responsibility so if there was any technicality (e.g. no standing) that would allow the cases to be rejected then they would go for it.

Also, some of the cases could not be handled by the courts they were sublitted to. They have to be escalated but you still need to work your way up the chain. You can't just say your case should be heard by SCOTUS and expect it to happen. You need to progress through the system. So a case may be rejected and the MSM would say it failed when, in fact, it had just been re-directed to a higher court.

I don't know what all the cases were about but I suspect that some (many?) would not be about fraud directly. They would be about whether the people who made decisions regarding the election were empowered to do so. They would be asking for a decision about whether something was legal or constitutional rather than whether it was fraud per se.

Easy - they were either scared of what would happen to them so they passed the buck or they were compromised or a corrupt political hack, They never actually saw evidence, they mostly just rejected to hear the case claiming "no standing". Of the 23 cases that DID get heard, Trump won I believe it was 17 of them - including the one in Wisconsin that should have invalidated over 230,000 votes.

Only two of those cases actually looked at any evidence - and at that, just part of the evidence.

The rest dismissed the case for laches (timing) or for standing. They were not dismissed on merit.

It is very troubling that there has been such a shut down by the courts, even the SC. But can you blame them? What judge wants to be raked over the coals 24/7 by the likes of CNN talking heads? What judge wants to be threatened by DS players? And ultimately, what compromised judge is going to dare stand fast when whatever compromat is had on them is brought to light?

Appointed by the republican party establishment (aka traitors) not Trump. Understand why we must vote them out of power, at all costs, now?

...but, that’s ridiculous. I don’t think it’s possible for our beloved Trump to have lost to anyone, albeit an octogenarian dementia patient, so the more likely explanation is that every single one of those judges were corrupt, and were receiving bribes to rule in favor of the demoncrats.
