It's pine nettle tea. The target ingredient is Suramin. Unfortunately, only a couple components in the tea make suramin, and do not contain the suramin itself. I've read others claim the tea alone will not be enough to produce the suramin in any realistically effective quantities.
Take it as you will, it can't hurt and pine nettle is an incredible source of complex forms of vitamin C that won't tear up your stomach.
