I believe this is written so when it passes the house it just gets stamped and presented to the senate for vote. Kinda like when lawyers write their version of a ruling in their submission to court so the judge can just sign the bottom and make it binding.
I assume in this case it will just be thrown out by the snakes in the house without being ratified, like everything else that would be good for America.
I like her effort and swagger, but, unfortunately for all of us, without the backing of more powerful Reps, Senators, and especially without the "prestige" of sitting on a "top" Committee, this has exactly 0% chance of progression.
The purpose may not actually be the accomplishment, but rather what it says, who it says it to, and what it does (e.g. sheds more light on the RINOs and keeps Americans focused)
Sometimes its important to do things because doing them is important, regardless of ostensible 'success'.
Love the energy, but unless we impeach a few other unsavory individuals along the way(Harris, Pelosi, etc), it's gonna be another puppet president and more of the same
