You should research the mechanism of action for lethal dose injections. The potassium ruins the homeostasis of the heart muscles and is responsible for muscle contraction. It leaves the cell and allows the muscle to relax. When you overload on potassium, the cells take in far too much relative to their enviroment.

Potassium chloride is given to any patient in the hospital with a low potassium. Normal K level is 3.5 - 5.0. Anything less than 3.0, they will give you potassium. You have to administer it slowly. If you give a bolus of it, it will cause asystole. When you undergo heart surgery, they give you potassium chloride to stop your heart. The surgeon cant place tiny sutures on a heart that is beating. Don't know about this, but I am aware that spike proteins get into the blood stream. Said spike proteins reach the heart.
There could be other factors, but, it seems there doesn't need to be to explain the heart issues.
