I'm working on getting a medical exemption first. If that doesn't work - then I will go down that road.
If they don't back down, make them fire or dismiss you. That way you have legal recourse for wrongful dismissal. If you just leave, out of frustration or because of the various social pressures, you will have limited legal options. The employers want the non-compliant to leave on their own so the employer avoids liability.

Did they put their demand in writing?
If they refuse, make sure you take videos or at the very least audios of all conversations. Document everything. Suits are notorious for saying, "If I didn't give it to you in writing, then I didn't say it" with a sh*t eating grin on their face.

I have a feeling that there is a strong reason for the sudden rush to get people vaccinated... and it's because the cabal is realizing that they are under a time crunch. Before long, the deadly effects of the covid vax will start showing up in overwhelming #'s. They want to hurry and get everyone they can vaxxed before people can see the true results.

After September 30th, if they call you in for disciplinary action, you can always tell them that you kept putting it off, but fully intended to get vaxxed. Liberals are suckers for that. Of course, once you take the 1st shot, you have to wait 30-days for the 2nd. Stall for time. This has already happened to my wife and will likely happen to me pending an announcement from my company soon.
We have already started talking to doctors and they don't want to write an exemption, even after we explained the risks, the documented side effects, deaths, and even the fact that we have natural immunity already. Their response is that they are following CDC guidance.
I took a look into this further and it looks like in the past, doctors have been getting disciplined and/or having their licenses revoked by medical boards for not following CDC guidance with respect to vaccination. I think if a doctor is not just brainwashed, they now fear for their job if they write an exemption.
Companies are now also establishing committees to review religious exemptions, with the sole purpose of dismissing your religious exemption based on whatever reasons they can find to claim your beliefs are not sincere or that the religion you adhere to does not explicitly reject vaccines or covid 19 vaccines.

This is way easier said than done. Have you ever tried to sue a company that has EPLI insurance (so they don’t really pay for their attorneys and damages)?
Unless you’re a minority of some sort, it’s very difficult to do unless you have a lot of financial resources.
Lawyers are very expensive and they will probably not be working on contingency for cases like this unless the numbers are large (several people involved in the same lawsuit).

I don't understand this. First of all, it's unconstitutional, and secondly, the Nuremberg code states that people must give 'informed consent' for any medications. This one is still just in emergency usage. Maybe take a deep breath, straighten your backbone and tell them they don't have the right to require something that isn't fda approved. Seriously. Have a lawyer contact them with a letter you'll sue, that states they must identify and segregate all others suffering from any other illnesses...flu, common cold, herpes, aids, warts, stomach ulcers ... whatever. If they do it for covid they need to do it for all of them.

Also have them detail in writing the EUA requirements for informed consent.
For example, the vaccine is not recommended if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. So you must get a full and complete list of ALL ingredients to make an informed decision.

Ask what they mean by disciplinary action. Not legal to fire you, harass you, demote you for refusing an experimental medical treatment.
The company I work for hasn't implemented this policy yet but I fully expect it soon. You have a few months which is helpful. Hopefully the true number of fatalities surfaces between now and then and there is some logic beaten into the heads of corporate America. The medical exemption is a good route as could be exemption on religious grounds.
