I have America’s Frontline Doctors vaccine mandate memo printed off to give to my HR department, but what else do I do?
I do not want to quit, because my company forcing vaccines was the last one I thought would have done it given how bad our retention percentage is. Basically, our retention is awful because of the hard physical labor. Well forcing vaccines would make our retention worse, yet they still decided to make vaccines mandatory. That tells me the government is paying them under the table or something...
What else can I do? I’m not leaving my company, if I go anywhere I’m getting forced for the jab because it seems to be the corrupt culture we live in. I’m not taking the jab, and I’m not quitting either!!
What advice do you have besides forcing my HR/and Corporate team to sign the memo on America’s frontline doctor?
*I work for a corporate giant, and my company probably has the greatest legal team in the world for any business. (Walmart Supply Chain)
Make them fire you, collect unemployment temporarily while you find an attorney to sue them. Preferably class action with other former employees. Trust God.
Class Actions are the way to go. At my work, there is enough of us that have told them months ago, that we would NOT be guinea pigs and if they thought to mandate, we would refuse and thus they would fire us. We are health field and we are already short about 75 people. Banning together is strength in numbers.
Always remember that, strength in numbers. That is why the politicians try to divide us and get us fighting one another.
Banning together?
Group of your coworkers who also agree to not take the jab
Refuse to disclose any health information. It’s none of their business. That’s what I did and was terminated. There was no wait for unemployment benefits to kick in as a result of their unreasonable policy that doesn’t account for your right to privacy.
This is truth too
Probably.
Personally, I would not try to get them to sign anything they would see as a legal document. Not as a first move, anyway. It will set off alarm bells, which is not what I would want in that situation (at first).
If it has worked for others, I would like to know. But I suspect they will be finding a way to dance around that.
Instead, I would ask them polite questions in an inquisitive manner, in order to get them to give me the full story. Once I understand their full story, THEN I would come back at them in a manner that lets them know I WILL pursue a lawsuit and possibly criminal charges against them if they insist on pursuing this "policy."
Get everything in writing. Prepare for a court battle, and for that everything must be in writing. NOTHING verbal means anything. ONLY what is in writing is relevant. Email is good, as well as written letters, SIGNED.
Prepare for the legal battle ahead. Hopefully, it will only be emails back and forth. But this could eventually go to termination, lawsuit, and pursuing criminal charges against them. Either you prepare for that, or you roll over. Your choice.
Remember these legal concepts: coersion, fraud, violation of rights under color of law
I might send emails to my immediate supervisor, asking what exactly is the policy. When is the vaccination required by? Which vaccination(s) are required or authorized? Which manufacturerer(s)? Just one "shot" or more than one? I want to know SPECIFICALLY which ones are being mandated, and which are not (if any).
See how cooperative and "innocent" those questions are in #4? You have to think strategically, but you also have to know what exactly they are saying they want. Even if they have that all laid out in some other format, I would still want it verified by someone in the company. If immediate supervisor can't/won't answer, I would go up the chain of command with my questions. If you are simply asking and they are refusing, then they are acting in bad faith, which boosts your legal case. If they answer, then they are setting the stage for the next round.
Then, I could ask why the policy is being implemented in this specific way. What do they expect to accomplish for the company? If they give an answer, it will be based on fraud because the entire thing is based on fraud. But I would want their answers so I could PROVE it in court. Fraud carries with it TRIPLE damages. But you have to prove it in court.
Next, I could tell them that I would rather not take these drugs. What are the consequences if I do not take this? I want them to TELL ME IN WRITING that they will terminate my employment. This proves coersion, and that you are now acting under duress.
I could then ask them if they are basing their policy on any government directives, federal or state. If yes, then they are acting as an agent of the government, which means acting under color of law. That opens another avenue for legal action.
Then, I might "flip flop" and say if I take this one, what benefit do they think it would have for me or the company. I don't know if they will answer this, but if they do, then they are basing their opinion on fraud, again. I also would ask this to find out if they are preferring one over another, and I already know they have no real basis for that. So, another piece of info to use later, if necessary.
Remember: All of the above should be friendly emails back and forth. Do not tell them the law or what you will or won't do. Just clarify what the policy is. Cops don't come right out and tell the suspect that he is being charged. They ask questions, and try to be friendly. They only go for the arrest AFTER they have the probable cause they need. Same concept here.
Phase I: Ask simple questions to get them on the record exactly what their policy is and why (if they don't know why, even worse for them). Phase II: Read them the Riot Act. Phase III: Depends on their response to Phase II.
My letter might be along these lines:
[Note: read my post about this so you know the math -- but please do NOT include my post in any of your corresponsdence! Let them find out the truth on their own. https://greatawakening.win/p/12jJPv3MkS/ These drug trials were shams.]
That is roughly how I might do it. Such action is not for everyone, but it will need to be done by someone, sooner or later.
Everyone has to assess for themselves the pros and cons of any action they take. And we are all in different stages of life with different roles and responsibilities.
Good luck and Godspeed.

Well done!
Well, written and thank you. Have a few friends who are in similar positions and saved this to send to them.
Thank you! Saving!
Nicely written (but there are several typos that need to be corrected before anyone uses t).
Thanks for sharing!

Wifey just got fired for insubordination after years of service. Finally hit her breaking point on masks and just decided not to wear one. They demanded to see vax proof. She said no, mind your own business, and that was that. Summarily dismissed.
She came home so happy! She set herself free.
In less than a day she had something lined up already, best part is it is outside the corporate world and when she asked about their mask policy, she was told "um....yeah....we kinda have the middle finger policy?" This WILL be better.
Frens there is another job out there. This is America, there is ALWAYS another job out there, even if you have to creat it yourself. That's the beauty of freedom, don't abandon it lightly for your pittance.
Congrats on your wife for standing strong against the nazi's, and landing in what sound like a great new position.
Get fired. Sue.
Do not negotiate with terrorists.
Be as kind and civil as possible and show them all the data and papers showing that those vaccines aren't a good idea.
I'd still get a lawyer. Are there others at work who together can approach your employer, will he accept liability since he's the one forcing it? Is your congressman or senator on our side?
Nobody wants to lose their job. Would you rather lose your life? Your family?
Been here long enough to see 1) regrets for taking the shot and 2) much happier with new job because employer is not a tyrant
Just remember, that when you hire an attorney-at-law, you are allowing them to represent your legal interest and you give up that power yourself.
Most attorneys will waive many of your rights.
I encourage anyone who is up for it, to try and handle their own cases, if at all possible.
Some people are printing out the card and filing it out themselves.... not that I am advocating for that action.
You have legal recourse if fired. DON'T quit!
Let them fire you. Companies all over the country are begging people to come work for them.
If I was in the situation I would just get fired and do everything I could to document you trying to take every avenue you could with them, so at least you have a record. I would save all the documentation they give you also and keep it safe somewhere.
You can always get a new job, but once they put whatever is in that "vaccine" into your body and you start producing spike proteins there isn't away to stop that.... and we have no idea the long term side effects of it.
I don’t give a damn how big their legal team is. Refuse, draw unemployment (for a while) and find an ambulance chaser that gets off to emptying deep pockets over wrongful termination. NO ONE can force the EUA Jab! Good luck!
Never, ever take this unapproved serum.
What would Jesus Do.
Seriously- I used to mock this but it is ALL one ever needs in any situation.
When the devil tempted him on the desert is analagous to your situation.
Would you take a cup of water from a demon who said you had to drink it to stay in a sliver of shade?
You know you don't even like working there, so you have a really low cost.... The only body you have (that your can take elsewhere) you are willing to sell to your company so tour company man make millions off you....while you eff up your genes and the genes if any future children you may have?
W/o covid they could fire you at any moment. You'd have to figure shit out. As of now, they aren't pulling unemployment for the unvaxed though I wouldn't be surprised if they do.
Don't be a victim. Make a plan
You job is waaayyyyyyy less valuable than your soul.
Tell them aspirin doesn't prevent covid either so you'd prefer to just take an aspirin.
Photoshop a fake, and take a picture of it to show them.
Their was a pdf file posted yesterday. They are hand written cards. Or borrow a card from a friend and photoshop.
You're accepting their totalitarian system by lying.
As someome said before, it is none of their business. Do you have to show them proof of a flu shot? Your health is none of their business (HIPPA). Also, let them know about the Nurmburg Code (UN human rights). Oh, and if the HR person, or any other person of authority is female, ask them if they've gotten the HPV vaccine.
I'm not a lawyer but these are the things I would bring up if I was in your situation.
Re-reading what I wrote above, the most important and relevant is the flu shot. The flu is highly transmissible and it could kill someone.
Do you have any underlying neurological issues or health issues that can be used? That put you in jeopardy if your forced to receive the jab?
Is there a union? If so, what is there position? Seems like the kind of issue a union should strike for, to me. Perhaps a new, national union based around anti-vax, anti-medical corporate tyranny should rise. But I digress, that second part doesn't help your current position. But if there is a union, I would question them about the situation.
Is there a union that can help you? If not, perhaps it would be a good reason to form on over this very issue.
If you use the word union in this building, you get walked right out the door.
There is a 5 minute video they show every new hire that is complete anti union and even says ‘if you hear anyone talking about unions, report it to management ASAP’
Tell them unions are going to form to demand even stronger COVID policies like hazard pay.
why do you say that about AFLD? I don't see any deep pockets contributing to them, and most have been fired or faced disciplinary actions.
