It's a bit more complicated than that...big pharma and big food have slipped various poisons into our foods in one way or another. I believe that this is what's lead to so many health problems. You've got to have strong genetics to over come the constant bombardment we face everyday. Unless you grow your own food in a highly controlled environment, there's really no way to totally escape it.
And the birth pill, this has made women unhappy for no good reason, made them put on weight that they can't get rid of and most probably led to feminism.
It makes them make very bad choices in partners and husbands and turns some of them into heavy drinkers, and some studies say its made then unable to recognize emotions in others.
Jeez, dude. We have the cleanest, safest food supply in the history of the world, with near-limitless choice, and all you can manage is bitching about some food conspiracy sht.
Of course there are product peddlers who don't have your best interests in mind, but hell no, you don't have to "grow your own food in a highly controlled environment" to be healthy. That's insane, and neurotically unhealthy, to boot.
No perspective; nothing but ceaseless fear and fear-mongering.
No gratitude for the easy abundance we are blessed with.
Just triggered twitching, evidently.
A desire to assign blame where there is only opportunity makes it clear some people sadly live for blame. Most of those people become Leftists, but that crippling, juvenile mindset certainly exists in the conspiratorial "Right", too. Too bad. I believe we are about to witness a historical defeat of the demonic Left, and sone folks here are still going to be in a fury that the Patriots left evil "Big Food" untouched.
I dress normal and ride one that's upright, with a normal posture- no helmet. It's electric too so in the city it's comparable to driving time with traffic. Matter of fact think I might go ride right now
I have never owned a car (used to have a lease car from work years ago), me and my husband cycle almost every day if it doesn't rain cats and dogs. It does prevent us from going far from home though especially now when we cannot use public transport due to mask mandates. Been thinking of buying a small car if this bs doesn't end soon, but hell the tax/repairs/fuel is tons of money...
It's a reversal of history that roads are for cars. When cars first appeared they were relegated to gravel paths off to the side of paved roads used by bicycles.
Bought myself a reel lawn mower. No maintenance, better exercise, no gas. My lawn is probably 5000 ft^2 - it it were larger it’d be tough to use the reel mower.
Smog-choked China loves their damn bikes.
I’ll bike when I want to, and drive the rest, Luddite.
And it’s not hard to not be a fat-ass; it certainly doesn’t require becoming a bikequeer.
Just don't eat so much. That is all.
💯%.
Eat more calories than you burn, and the body stores it as fat. Eat fewer, and the body will consume stored deposits.
That is simply all there is to it.

Maybe so, but calories in < calories out is simple. You can’t just create mass.

Here is one of more than a few meta studies.

No, you literally cannot gain weight if the ammount of food you consume is less than the energy you consume.

What a joke.
No logical response to the plain truth.

No gratitude for the easy abundance we are blessed with.

I'd ride a bike but I don't look good in spandex. Besides, the damn "bike pants" crush my ball sack.
Pro tip…. No one looks good in spandex no one…
Spandex is a privilege not a right!
Ahahah a privilege to those who do not witness it’s glory

There’s a reason.
They’re cut for ball-less “trans men”.

I biked everywhere for a year. F that - I like driving too much.
Let's just hang the traitors and use modern tech. That sounds way better.
Obviously this is not meant for country folk driving eight miles for a jug of milk.
Muthafuckas can't go vroom vroom doe!!!!
Thanks for the sell but it’s a no from me, son.
Fuck a bike, get a horse, a bike can't plow your fields.

I ride one every night 🍆🤣
Imbeciles for not wasting a ton of money each year on maintaining a vehicle, that you also need government permission to use?
