Wrap the mask around a pin cushion. Now get the biggest needle you can find. Start stabbing the mask repeatedly. Enjoy.
Keep in mind though that you will no longer be following CDC guidelines.

I just wrap toilet paper around my entire head. I'm super-duper-extra protected from the Helter Skelter Variant!
edit: Oh, I almost forgot, I also put a plastic bag over the toilet paper and breathe in and out in a rapid pace. The hyperventliation inside the bag pushes all the virus particles away from my face and I breathe in before they can make a return trip. Unfortunately I also pass out regularly, but I'm thinking of the children and grandma over here. It's a necessary sacrifice!
Thank you for being a STUNNING AND BRAVE HERO
I don't know why not. I'm not aware that CDC or anyone else has any guideline on the size of the holes/pores in a face mask. If they did, all of them would fail the guideline, since virus molecules are 1/200th the size of the holes/pores in a standard face mask.
The holes are not noticeable from a distance. The CDC inspector would have to have the mask in his/her hands close up to see the holes.
No such thing. These are recommended guidelines, not laws.
My employer, THD, is always telling me the CDC inspector could come at anytime.
Tell your employer to name the specific person who is the "CDC inspector" they are referring to, and to show you what legal authority they have (by written document) to inspect face masks or anything else.
I seriously doubt they will be able to do either, but I would be interested to see if they can.
My guess is they are making this up, thinking that it is true, but having no actual basis for it. But I would REALLY like to find out if these "CDC inspectors" are roaming around the country. That would add to the full story, if true (but I doubt it).
The CDC has NO AUTHORITY outside of federal jurisdiction, and your business is most likely NOT within federal jurisdiction, even if such inspectors existed.
Sauce?
If you must wear one, there are fake masks that are made with mesh. You can also get the masks with valves and remove the valve flap, just keep in mind that someone may be able to see through the opening. I would recommend not do poke holes through a surgical mask as the holes can cause the fibers of the material become loose and enter your air waves.
The dirty masks is what got my Brother, it Pneumonia came on really fast and he was struggling so hard to breath he then had a stroke and turned into a nonresponsive blob before he died.
And remove pincushion.
Just wear it under your nose or chin.
We're trying to come up with ways to help people breath easier without getting in trouble with the boss.
If they keep flip-flopping, like this, eventually they'll circle back to no masks, in which case I followed their guidelines for almost two years without knowing it
No. This is totally wrong.
Take the mask of the package and throw in the trash.
Its no different than the CDC guidelines. Viruses pass through cotton weave just the same as poking holes.
That's a great idea if you don't have an employer that follows CDC guidelines.
Know your place slave! Do thy master's bidding!
Or.....perhaps.....find a new job.
I'm looking for a new job, but it will have to be some place that is not a corporation because all corporations follow CDC guidelines.
Wife finally told work where they can stick their mask. Found something else within the day. Any place requiring masks today will force vaccines tomorrow so make that change ASAP and you'll beat the rush.
