I really wonder how they're going to try and play this exactly. Either way, you're infringing on rights. Nobody can force or make you do / partake in a medical procedure. A vax is a medical procedure.
Firing those that refuse, or refusing employment , or refused business entry based on medical status is 100% illegal.
I'm not 100% on American rights, but here in Canada, medical status is Charter protected. Nobody, under any circumstances has the right to know or obtain knowledge of your medical status / history.

I would expect a Federal Judge to rule out FDA approval based on the #'s of recorded deaths and medical problems... pending a longer term review.

For FDA approval it would have to involve CMC. Without CMC it is a farce.
