We as men have the perfect example to look up to in Jesus Christ, the perfect man. A man who loved us so much and so deeply that He gave up HIS OWN LIFE to save us from sin. As a man you must empty yourself to serve others, because Jesus didn't come to be served, but to serve. That's not toxic if you ask me, that's just being a good Christian man. I find soviet high educated men the best example of what socialism does to men - weak, hysterical, paranoid, disingenuous, in love with their mother, hiding under women's skirt, suppressed anger, engage in psycholigical abuse of their children or ignore their children (all or some of these apply) - all because men in socialism have to comply, bend over and above all pretend that it's FINE while doing it.
It's toxic feminism in schools and every other part of pop culture that creates toxic men. You can't have it both ways if you want men to be masculine then we are going to be your rulers and your leaders and women are going to go back to a subordinate role. If women want to compete with men for leadership positions then you are going to be treated as just another man. I was a very good high school wrestler and my junior year had a girl in my county wrestle in my weight class for a competing school. I was in a tournament where she had won her first round and the entire gymnasium was laughing and ridiculing the boy that was beat by her. In the second round she had to wrestle me who was the number one seed in the entire tournament. I had to mentally prepare myself to not treat her any differently or I would suffer the same fate as the boy in the first round. I immediately threw her to the ground and choked her so viciously that she ran off the mat crying after being pinned and withdrew from the tournament. Men and women are not even close to the same in terms of physical capabilities. In a civilized society this doesn't matter as much however we are heading in a different direction very quickly.

Real men and women need to stand up. Feminine strength and masculine strength are different - and both equally important for a balanced society. Unfortunately the sheep have drunk the DS kool-aid, believing that all strength is of one form. If this idea overpowers the truth, Western Civilization is toast (the DS goal).

This reminds me of a video I saw about the "white knight syndrome" whereby a woman gets put in her place by a man and then all the other men come to her "rescue" and shame the "offending" man for being a man. There were several examples presented but the biggest example in the vid was actully USMC basic where they were training with the pugil sticks. They picked this tiny little flower and put her up against a giant dude. Instructor gave the go signal and the dude immediately crushed her with one blow. Everyone present, and I mean EVERYONE, immediately went after the guy for basically being a Marine.
The question isn't "Can a woman do what a man can do". It's "SHOULD a woman do what a man can do". The answer is a resounding NO.

Unfortunately, masculinity is under severe attack everywhere from the schools to the workplace to the family courts. Women and men are constantly incentivized/tempted to push them onto the train tracks. Bless those who don't yield to that call.

I have an issue with one section in this: "...instead of protecting..." We need to protect each other, not JUST men protecting women. However, those are the gender stereotypes we are raised with..."oh, women need men to protect them..." Move the FUCK out of the way while I protect myself. When is this shit going to end?

Too true. When I think back to the real men in my life, they were gems. But holy smokes - you could cut yourself on their edges.
The beauty was, everyone knew that. They weren't mean, or bad, or rule breaking for no reason. They wanted to live life peaceably. But they had that edge in reserve - just in case. Sometimes that edge was to preserve/flex their masculinity. Other times, it was to keep those around them in line.
It's in a male's nature to want to lead, and conquer, that which is around him. You could apply that to groups, women, business, etc. The guy who stops short of conquering something willfully is far more impressive than the guy who doesn't get off his couch because conquering is "icky."
