Stem cells are taken straight from fertilized eggs from in vitro clinics that don't get used.

It's easy to do. These guys are fluent in double speak to the point you don't even notice it. I caught myself saying fetus too when I was spreading the word about Fauci growing aborted baby scalps onto rats.
Another subtle one to look out for is the capitalization of the letter b in reference to blacks and in the same sentence using a lower case w for whites. Though you'll have to wait until campaign season 2023 to see that propaganda pop up again (that's when black lives will matter next).
If there weren't so many baby murderers in the world, the term "fetus" is entirely valid. I learned it that way and the unborn were not seen as disposable "tissue". I agree though, that the term does give the murderers some leeway and they sure don't need that.

After reading the article I'm still unclear where University of Pittsburgh is getting the aborted fetuses. Do they have their own abortion clinic or are they getting the aborted fetuses from other clinics?

I never thought this was a conspiracy theory, I thought it was obvious and proven true multiple times, people just didn't want to admit it. A few years back, Project Veritas published the undercover video with a planned parenthood director making under the table deals to sell babies that had been aborted at her clinic. This was in California when heels up was the AG there. She prosecuted Project Veritas for the videos instead of PP for their unethical practices (that's putting it mildly). I've despised her ever since. I guess this is the difference between being asleep and awake.
