I would say the chances are slim. This hospital has always been anti-religion and especially anti-Christian, forbidding my mom from openly talking about God to the patients and even the other staff. This started in earnest around the time Obammy took office in 2009. Diabolical forces really took hold when Satanist Obummer got control.
I am not sure if there are any really helpful resources for religious exemption, but if someone has them I'd be happy to look at them. If they refuse her request, she's just going to quietly retire and take the money they owe her. Technically she's been working past the age of retirement for almost a decade now, because she just loves her job and her patients that much, but even she has agreed that it's time to go. The hospital is shadow of what it once was and she refuses to be a part of it any longer.
The health systems are ALL completely corrupt. All they want is money, even at the known risk of losing all of their staff to the effects of the jab in the future. They don't care about the future. All they care about is getting their pleasures NOW. This means money, drugs, and sex.
They do not care about us, and they never have. The only thing we represented to them was a paycheck, that's the only reason they even offered us medical services, because they knew they could charge whatever they wanted and we would HAVE to pay it or else die.

I have read that reimbursement is tied to flu vax percentages, and hospitals even receive other monetary incentives to push them. That’s why in the past it was always take your flu shot or wear a mask 9 months out of the year. Last year there was no option since masks were already mandated.

Yup. I just started an assignment at a little hospital that is mandating the jab by October 1st. Literally half the staff will be walked out, since they are all refusing to quit on their own.

If you all walk out you will soon be able to renegotiate your salary... a condition ought to be that they fess up about how much they are getting paid.
I remember when this whole thing started hearing from HR executives that the CDC and health departments were visiting their company to see if they would be willing to require the vax. About an hour ago I learned that a friend of mine passed away. He was only 36 and in perfect health. The company he worked for mandated the shot. In less than 24 hours he was in the ICU unable to breathe. They induced a coma and put him on a ventilator. Now he's dead....for a fucking job that has probably already interviewed his replacement. I'm sad of course but mostly at this moment I'm fucking pissed beyond words. These sick fuckers can stick their shot straight up their asses.

It's better if she quietly retires and milks them of all the money they owe her. It would be more than unemployment anyway. She organizes the clothing closet, buys new clothes for them out of her own pocket, organizes activities for the patients and the staff, etc. They don't know what they're throwing away with her retirement.

I just heard that our mandate date to be jabbed may be extended from 9/30 to 12/31. We haven't received formal information yet but tell your Mom to fight it and gather others who will stand with her. Apparently, the org is saying that the reason they mandated it was due to the public insistence, which is bullshit. They said they can't afford to lose more nurses.
