All I know about this is that the image they are using to defend the claim is a low resolution bad photoshop. If you pull up a decent resolution photo of the C-17 at the Kabul airport, the insignias and doors are both there.

So the features being pointed out as missing from the "inflatable plane" are hard to discern if they are actually missing or not. Secondly there are a bunch of people crawling on and sitting on portions of the plane. I wouldn't think this would be possible on a bouncy house plane.
