In Canada, those things are minor crimes.
Now if he refused the Covid "vaccine" in Canada... that would be a MAJOR crime deserving the death penalty.

The only thing I could find that is even close to possibly being related is this article about a man, unidentified, from Sudbury, and the age listed in the article is not correct for Alexandre. I can't find any reference at all about Alexandre anywhere, so until there is some sort of credible confirmation, I'm just going to assume this is fake.
