Some observations:
-
I am more hesitant to post content in public spaces because I do not always have energy to do deep research needed to debunk fact-checking responses.
-
I am more cautious about what I post, as I don't enjoy being publicly shown to have made an error (which many readers will assume to have occurred if I don't reply to factcheck type criticisms)
-
As a result, I am slowing down. Sure, some things which would be in the public interest to be publicised are getting past me, but the quality of the posts I am making publicly is going up.
Ditto everything above for face to face conversations.
Basically the "fact-checking" and censorship is making me carefully double-check my conclusions before making any kind of public statement. If others are doing the same, this means that the quality of argument being presented from the side of those who question the mainstream narrative is being consistently improved and strengthened.
I think this explains the recent media debacle around Ivermectin. It is getting increasingly difficult for them to create the illusion of fact-checking, and as a result they are panicking and getting careless. This is making even more people start to pay attention. For example, my sister has started to research Ivermectin following conversation with me. (She is very trusting and has taken the Vax. All her information sources are mainstream). This weekend I was able to show her that almost everything she had read about Ivy in the mainstream is unreliable at best, and deliberately fradulent at worst. As a result I see the early signs of her beginning to question what she is being told.
So my take-away from this is, let us recognise the opportunity in the censorship, and just keep making it harder and harder for them to debunk the increasingly coherent and compelling arguments mounting against the media narrative. I still believe that Ivermectin is the key to unlocking the conspiracy around vaccines, covid, the election, and all the other malfeasance that lead up to what are increasingly looking like pre-meditated crimes.
The fact that more cogent and level headed arguments are getting censored and fact checked also helps undermine the narrative. Case in point a link to the CDC's own data was fact checked yesterday. Those stopping freedom of expression and burning books are rarely seen as the good guys.
The CDC got fakechecked by facebook about 2 months ago, as well.
Agree. I often think that the ultimate purpose of everything we are going through is to get public discourse happening in a whole new way... if we can get robust elections, I think a better world is possible.
Well, I appreciate you pointing out the silver lining and I think you're right.
My mom (because of my step-father) pretty much has MSNBC blasting 24/7 in their house and her car stereo always set to NPR. She reads only and almost all of the left wing corporate sites. She keeps veering between calling me a conspiracy theorist and assuring me that everyone coming to Thanksgiving "will be vaccinated" and then saying things like "I've never felt as hopeless about the future as I do now" and "Maybe other people felt this way, the Jews in 1930s Germany, the Africans on slave ships, the Native Americans when the colonizers arrived...". I went over to see her for about a half hour yesterday and as soon as I started talking about the Israeli data she changed the subject and when I pointed out what she'd done, she admitted it. She says, "I don't trust any governments anymore." I say, "Ok, but you trust Pfizer?" She used to sit in the house all day with the tv blasting and has been spending more and more time outside, reading novels, gardening, free from the propaganda.
I really think more of them are questioning things than they let on, that many of them are staying silent out of fear and that the cognitive dissonance must be absolutely exhausting, sapping them of the mental energy needed to formally step over that cognitive line.
God knows it isn't easy for any of us to face up to the task ahead of our societies... Many people in my life have been brought up to think that there is nothing that can be done, and so they HAVE to distract themselves from the overwhelm of realising how wide and powerful the net surrounding us all is.
I actually don't even want my sister to be aware of everything I'm aware of. It would seriously stress her out. But she's a very honest person at heart, and I can see it's bothering her that there might be something corrupt going on.
I try to give something concrete that she can do - for example, making sure she sticks up for the rights of those who have made different choices to her - not supporting mandates, segregation etc by voting with her wallet... She already doesn't pay much attention to current affairs, but I think realising how and why the media is owned by powerful interests is something we all need to really get our heads around. She said yesterday that she was realising that perhaps it hadn't been a wise thing to just trust those in authority, and that made me even more angry with those responsible. Because not only has she been decieved, now she is beginning to think that is her fault. I really don't believe individuals can be blamed for trusting those who are supposed to be trustworthy.
I will pray for your mum to find peace and hope in amongst the worry. We do have hope, because truth always wins in the end. God is not mocked.
Thank you. I think that's good advice, in general, to turn the information into something productive rather than just stewing in a vortex. And, yeah, it's grotesque the way they have violated people's trust, circumvented their consent and that's pretty much playbook for that entire cabal: violations of all bodily consent. And really cognitive consent, as well, with as widely and relentlessly the propaganda is spread. It's grotesque. I was wondering earlier today or late last night about the psychological differences between those who submit and those who object, whether it's simply innate character differences or based upon life experiences, if it's just the dumb luck of the right bit of information from the right messenger at the right time…
Well put it this way, despite the fact that I care intensely about people and genuinely want what's best for the people that I dislike and disagree with, I don't think anyone would describe me as "nice". You know there's that class of person that when you think about them, you just think, yep, they're a "nice" person? And then there's that other group who you recognise as being maybe an acquired taste, or a bit bolshy or argumentative? I think I'm that second group, and it makes sense to me that we would evolve to have both types in our societies. The slightly difficult, contrary sorts who are always poking into everything and want to know why and how all the time. And then the possibly more stable, just keep your head down and get on with it types. Both necessary for a stable society, but have very different roles to play.
As to whether we're born that way or whether it's a function of life experience, I reckon it's mostly innate, but whether it gets dampened down or highlighted is a function of life experience.
I agree with you - it's really grotesque. I think the majority of people are just blindly following the rules and doing what they think they're supposed to do and are going to be horrified when they realise what has been going on. It takes a particular sort to ask the really searching questions, and I'm not sure those sorts of people get into positions of administrative influence very often. If they're anything like me, they struggle to handle the frustration, and cop out and leave the tedious and frustrating work of administration to those who don't get so bothered by it all... So I can't then really blame them for not seeing what they weren't ever trying to see in the first place.
I really DON'T think that applies to journalists though. If you're writing content to be consumed by the masses, you have one job, and one job only, and that's to do what you can to reveal the truth. And if you can't do that, you should just shut up :)
Excellent posts here, pede. You reminded me of Galatians 6. https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Galatians%206&version=NIV
You're doing a great job of being gentle with your family. Better than I have with mine for sure. Thank you for giving me some points to think on (both in the Word and the world).
As ever, no-one says it better than God :) Thanks for this friend.
...and no one likes to admit they were wrong -- especially those people who were most vehement.
Totally agree with you there. This video really helped me understand just what it is that people in the UK have been bombarded with and helped me start to feel protective rather than critical of those who have been most persuaded. We don't have live TV in our house, and so we skipped the entire show which might be why we were able to consider an alternative approach. All the people I know who have questioned the narrative are those who consume very little - if any - live TV. It's called programming for a reason :)

The TV in our house is rarely turned on. If it is on, the odds are good that it's just to watch a movie that we own on disk. The people that I know that have bought into the COVID_19 narrative hook, line and sinker are the ones that are always talking about the latest show, series, etc. that they've been binge watching on TV. The programming is complete with them. At the very beginning of all of this, I tried to tell them to turn off their TVs, as all of the news stations were working with the C_A. When they wouldn't even listen to this, which was easily verified, I knew they were too far gone and never attempted another red pill with them. It is this group of people that are going to be completely mind-blown in the end.
These are the people that I'm going to be there for when the SHTF. They're going to need all the help we can give them, as they'll be starting at Square Zero.
I spent a few minutes triple-checking the Guinean story before meme-ing to fartbook just a few mins ago. This post resonates.
Hah funny - i looked at that and after going to repost it, thought - I haven't got time to check that one... Glad you were able to :)
My favorite way of getting around the censorship and getting people to think for themselves is asking one simple question. How do you feel about what's happening in Australia right now? 1 single person I asked (an Uber driver) knew the answer, all others no clue; most answer with what the forest fires. I dont give people the answer, I challenge them, and I do it without them even realizing it. I have asked over 50 people in the last three weeks from all different walks of life. 28 that I know of, now know what's going on in Australia and have started looking for other things. Lol, I even get text from different people telling me what they find or asking me, did you see this... I now have my friends asking the same question to people they see and meet throughout the day. I have learned not to be pushy but rather find creative ways to challenge people to atleast start thinking for themselves.
I really like this. I already have one close friend who was burnt out from decades of counter-cultural efforts - built an organic farm with nothing but hard work and dedication whilst home-schooling and living in a tiny off grid van - who was choosing to protect slim energy reserves and not get involved. But a close friend of hers in Australia brought the reality of what is going on over there screaming back into focus, and now she and her partner are yet again doing their bit to look beyond the obvious, despite heavy pressure from family to do otherwise.
We are like water, and overtime we will find every crack in the wall they are trying to build around their lies. It lifts my spirits so much to see the way each of us finds unpredictable ways to bring the truth into the light.
Well done!
Great method, make them do the research and start thinking for themselves. Once they discover how freeing it is - look out! Great Awakening.
Adding this to my bag of tricks. WWG1WGA
Way to dig out the positive and turn adversity into a benefit!
A lot of horse sense here.
Horses are our new favourite animal after all :)
I'm going to make horse d'oeuvres tonight!
I think it might be pasture bedtime!
Of horse.
Very good points
The MSM's handling of Ivermectin was like a bit of a red pill for my normie wife who, like your sister, was very trusting and took 2 jabs because it was "the right thing to do." My wife still has a bit farther to go before she joins the Great Awakening, but she's closer to waking up now than ever.
Did some of my own research and found these two great ivermectin studies and the abstracts alone are polar opposite of the media narrative. Media is truly the enemy...https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3043740/ and https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0166354220302011
fantastic articles - thanks for the links fren, I've added them to my collection.
We are being trained right now. How to handle being falsely accused of things, how to handle brainwashed relatives, how to present information, how to deal with major disappointment when all seems lost… and we’re still here. We are starting actually use game-theory. We are honest people but being absolutely transparent on what you think and are planning to do weakens your plans. Game theory, game theory, game theory.
🤫
Yeah I think that. I think of the number of times I've been so crushed by what i've read or seen, but then I lick my wounds, pray about it and think about something else before reflecting and preparing myself against that kind of blow. When I come back, I'm not so easily taken out by that particular kind of attack, but am more ready to face it as honestly and courageously as I can.
This is a favourite prayer I have:
Create in me a pure heart O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. (Ps51:10)
The censorship was always a mistake by the NWO, it's as impossible to control on social media as covid and creates Barbra Streisand effect of making people check it out more. Many people are still sane enough to realize censorship=the bad guys. The only time it really helped was when they did full blackout of Hunter story.
Do you think that one is going to come back to bite them? I think one day the evidence will be revealed in a way that can't be denied, and then they will have nowhere to hide. The cover-up is sort of sitting there like a murdered body waiting to be uncovered...
I don't have much to contribute - at the time I'm making this comment, there's already a deep amount of insight and nuance in the comments here - but I do feel compelled to throw my beloved "thumbs up" emoji into the mix.
This thread is awesome. And the OP walks with the Holy Spirit inside them, and it's palpable and beautiful, and it shines and SPREADS LIGHT.
And now look: I've been forced to "rethink my opinion and strengthen it before publicly announcing it." Look what you've done op!
👍
it might seem like a waste of time to argue with shills, but remember other people will read it and you may change their mind with good sources and simple facts. Truth is on our side!
Ever heard of the Streisand effect? Apparently the fact checkers haven't.
Great post and good points, fren!
And it pushes people more and more to use alternative communication channels
Yes definitely! I can see the people around me starting to wonder how it is that I seem to know about these things that they don't know about. I often ask them if they've heard about this or that yet - not trying to talk to them about it, just asking them if they've heard about it. And when they say no, I don't push it, I just say, "Oh OK, just wondered if that was something that was being reported in the mainstream."
The other thing which I think many people are still unaware of is how powerfully search engines are manipulating their perspective, so trying to encourage people to use multiple search engines is something else we can keep doing. I've been using Duck Duck Go for ages, but putting Ivermectin in as a search term shows me that has plenty of bias going on...
I'll check it out...
Try Yandex.com
I recommend https://swisscows.com
Bonus is it also blocks pornography and other obscene content.
Wow that's a nice name there fren
:)
Yes, it's key because it is being questioned, not quickly thrown out because Trump said it, like hydroxychloroquine, Now that they have no boogie man to blame they trip on their own shoelaces.
But yes, being censored is a good training ground or school for us. We don't grow in a padded classroom. What doesn't kill us makes us stronger. Meanwhile, them being nursed on lies & diaper changed on denial makes them weakly & stink the high heaven.
The little brat with start up money designing the next FB "but nicer" in my house just had to find a new place to live & run his business. He, of course, doesn't think censorship is the problem with FB, it's because it doesn't have the right bells & whistles or something like that lol, and there's people with millions of dollars that think he might be right.
I did enjoy talking with him for the 1st few years but I couldn't get him to realize that censorship is their key issue. After he figured out I was for Trump you could see the eyes roll. Whenever I showed him contradictions in his logic it was me that wasn't making sense. Whenever he got angry, it was me that was emotional, etc etc. I have learned how to stay calm & logical even in a barrage of insults. Meanwhile, he somehow thinks his fallacies are right. At some point that bubble's got to break. Maybe his investors will pull back, idk. That will effect his lifestyle, his life, his credibility among his peers, etc. He hasn't gotten the barrage of abuse we have so he's not ready for it. It'll hit him hard.
Meanwhile I was talking to my liberal sibling lately too. He also thinks High tech CEO's are too powerful too. WOW! Tell me more, I asked......
Scientist exposes massive US universities censorship scandal taking place right now. Please send your prayers to this brave Patriot. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zl7I2KYvwcg
#1 reason censorship is going to work in our favor?
The Streisand Effect
Look it up.
It's definitely starting to look that way. Which I suppose is also something to be aware of as they will no doubt try to use that to muddy the waters. They can't overcome honest vigilance though - in fact I don't think anything can, not if enough of us are engaged in it.
I try to not make any claims. It's easier to punch holes in their paradigms when you're not defending a claim.
My new favorite swear word is fascist nazi scum the plural fascist nazi scumbags.
Yes good strategy. Certainty brings people out swinging, whereas questions help get them thinking... I wish I could always remember this.
there are many facets to this.
in ivermectin's case, people would not be as aware of it without the resistance (streisand effect).
and now, we will have the hoarder effect where awareness will increase even further as supplies dwindle and the assholes come out to make sure they have someone else's share as well as their own.
To OP: I agree with your sentiment on fact checkers serving to slow down how much and what is posted. I do try and engage the same type of scrutiny to what I will forward from here, for example.
I've found a range of strategies that SEEM to have had an impact (I have very few people who are likely to pay attention to much of what I say without tying it to someone who has an audience) the first is to take messages that are likely to be shadowbanned and framing them in ways that don't explicitly state but reference a given subject.
Beyond that, we are at a stage where using the fact checkers known position can be used as a source. "You got sauce" "Well, any sauce I show is pre-false by fact checkers so, do you really want to know?"
Otherwise the censorship, when noticed by normies, will tend to wake them up in ways that casual conversation is likely to perform.
With Ivermictin, liberals should be easily persuaded just by pointing out that it is a cheap, off-patent cure and Big Pharmaceutical corporations have repeatedly suppressed natural, organic, off-patent cures in favor of things they can synthesize, patent, and then jack up the costs on to make huge profits. This was literally a foundational liberal narrative for like thirty years, so that programming should be easy to reactivate.
The censorship is just further killing off social media.
No one trusts anything from the official media or astroturfed public opinion from Facebook, Reddit, Twitter, etc.
Yep - it's like a signal detection process that's running simultaneously in hundreds of thousands of people all over the globe...
