What company can afford to fire 30 to 45% of their employees, especially when you consider that the unvaccinated employees are most likely your most intelligent and observant ones?

What I mean is that if you are an adult, and you haven't gotten vaccinated yet, it isn't because you just are lazy and don't like needles. If you aren't vaccinated yet it means that you don't trust these people. Meaning the Media, the CDC, and the whole Federal Government.

After OSHA tried playing their hand in the mask bullshit and they pulled that the employers would have to count injuries over masks as lost time incidents, they recinded it because it hurt the mask narrative. How is OSHA going to regulate a medical procedure like testing? And since it will now be OSHA regulating the vax and testing, will they or the employers be held liable for death/injury/damages? It'll be interesting to see how OSHA words things. I see it happening one if two ways, they write shit so vague that there is literally no enforceability and zero liability, or they pick the side that will open businesses up to tons of liability claims. Basically it's a lose/lose for any business.
