I agree and refuse to watch anything with them. I get the creeps watching them do their hand signs. I definitely think there's more to it than just for deaf people.
Some pretty good talk to txt. As for sign, here is a test that isn't new. It is eye opening. Take any speech section being signed and turn off the sound and view of the speaker . Have a second "sign expert" translate only with viewing first signer and see what you get.
A really bad game of telephone. There were some studies in the eighties that were done in Phoenix. I had a biz partner who dated a deaf lady for several years and learned to sign. High accuracy signer to signer in person. From spoken to sign not too bad if signer can see speaker (lottsa lip reading). A deaf person seeing only the signer and not the speaker, signing to someone converting back to txt and you might as well be communicating in hieroglyphs. It's not at all like translating from language to language. I doubt there are any deaf people watching the lady sign when Biden is muttering. Any who are interested have voice to txt subtitles.
Could be, you know, i found this weird too, i saw them 'translating' political stuffs really few times in my life, maybe two or three, then the last year boom, all of a sudden, everyday in tv with the head of state here in Italy, then within some months i've seen those abroad too, same thing, even third world countries where people is lucky already if the salary comes in, magically they started to care about all those details, really weird
And another thing, would be nice to have someone that understands them to make a safety check with what's being said, if you try to keep up with the gestures, and look at things like repeated words, or similar sentences etc, where presumeabily you should see the same or similar signs....nothing, you can't understand a shit, doesn't really make sense, a sentence made of 15 words made up with 4 signs and weird expressions?
Where the fuck did Closed Captioning go!? Amirite!? This too annoys me. They look ridiculous. Also. Allllllll that for ”Across all age groups, approximately 600,000 people in the United States (0.22% of the population)” SMDH
Yup! I ran that in my head too! At best a 1/4 of them fuck what a joke. Just another way to funnel money around and launder. Imagine all the “charities” and govt monies that go to deaf organizations. So much corruption out there!
She should just bend over and pretend to shove a dildo up her ass over and over again. Pretty much sums up what he wants to do to us. However I don't think the '80 million' are going to comply.
It feels weird to me too, especially the explosion of awareness of people with disabilities over the last 7-8 years. My theory is that, in general, and not just sign language, it’s a combo of three things:
Good old fashion virtue signaling
Trying to turn leftism into a religion
To justify invasive tech
The first is obvious but if you think about it, a huge component of Christianity is caring for the sick and less fortunate. There’s something in human nature where people want to help those in need. This tries to fill that void for lefties, and recruit from the ranks of well meaning normies. As for the tech part, features that are invasive towards your privacy mesh well with disability features. Is it a feature that scans YouTube videos to auto-generate subtitles for deaf people? Or is it a backdoor method for scanning content for subjects they want to ban from their platform?
Slightly off topic, I know, but those are my thoughts on this whole disabilities movement.
I think part of clown world is also to make the world as ugly and ridiculous as possible. These hand signers force the camera guys to frame the shots of speakers in an aesthetically unpleasant way, and it just ends up being a bunch of visual clutter to distract and confuse.
Oh, it's so patently a virtue signaling wank job.
There are plenty of accurate talk-to-text translators for anyone who can't read lips.
Infinitely cheaper, but you don't get to be all "Look how much I care for the deafies!"
Something about it just gives me the creeps. Like it’s a weird vibe - as if I’m being intentionally distracted or some “look here, not here” type shit

I don't think I've got the set-up to run that test at the present moment.
Can you give us a spoiler on what happens? I'm guessing it ends up like a really bad game of "telephone".

Lmao what please don’t tell me it’s some bullshit lol I wouldn’t be surprised
Interpreter?
I thought it was a wizard trying to cast a spell.

Lol right? They act like all 600k of them are tuning in to their pathetic fucking newscast smh something is definitely going on with that shit.

Yeah…plus how do the blind people see it???

I've often wondered if they tell deaf people a separate message.
Like when Biden recently said "0 emissions by 2020" the sign language interpreter corrects him and says 2030 without skipping a beat.
Or something more sinister, like giving them a slanted message entirely.
As if nobody has Closed Captioning lmfaooo
Is virtue signaling and completely unnecessary. Closed captioning has existed my entire life.
ASL - American Sign Language
Random - apologies for YT link - but i saw this recently and thought id share.
NO IDEA of validity or legality - just sus out the channel etc and some points of what the man says. interesting - should you like to - of course.
relates to the birth fraud - masons - hidden in plain sight - laws of land/sea - chistian identity - illegal nature of the Federal Reserves etc.
i have not watched all of these videos.
I agree. It's taken over everywhere & I don't know a single person who reads sign language.
the weird sign language lady = closed caption for liberals

Good point - they have so much disdain for us goyim that they intentionally want to fuck our mood up for no fucking reason
Top the ugliness off with a masked face.
Yea man. The only ones who ever use them are the liberal globohomos
