If this is true, this gives every vaccinated person the ability to sue the administration for murder and treason! We need to dig in further to see if we can find some hard evidence.
That'd be great. Maybe the pharmaceutical companies are immune to legal action over this, but the administration sure isn't.
However, you'd still have to go through the justice system which is beyond broken.

Supposedly it's the "balance of powers" that exempted congress, but considering that insider trading laws exempt congress, I doubt that was the reasoning.
Different situations.
The vaccine mandate is an executive order and the executive branch has no authority over the legislative branch, so congress is automatically free to ignore the EO, the same way that you and I are automatically free to ignore the dictates of foreign governments when we’re in the US.
The insider trading laws were passed by Congress, Congress was free to write these laws in a way that covered or exempted themselves, and they did the wrong thing.

I don't think the USPS was exempted in the way most people understand exemption. A few weeks back the USPS union leader made the statement that a jab requirement was not included in their current contract and could only be required if their contract was renegotiated to include it. I've seen some other union leaders say the same. Given the circumstances, I'm okay with the unions using this as their out. Since the Dems value their union voters, I'll be surprised if they push it. On the other hand, Biden (whomever he is and whoever controls him) seems to be going for broke.
That applies to everybody, since nobody has a jab clause in their contract.
A lot of people don't have contracts with their employer that they can point to and say it isn't covered. I never did.

Ask for the original hiring paperwork or contract My father said the same thing about all of the medical staff in Texas when they were being let go. I think the USPS union has all the cards. If half walk out who's going to deliver the sketchy mass mail ballots (if God forbid we still allow that) in '22. Mid-terms a must win for the Democrat Party if they want to continue to quick step us toward totalitarianism.

Regardles, this whole thing is more or less impossible to manage anyhow unless a whole new government sector is created that hires 1000s of people to ensure businesses are complying (perhaps this falls in line with the “more draconian steps”)
I remember that discussion a few months back on here about the number of tech companies and pharma are avoiding the mandates and the company’s policy..... just like how federal employees are exempt or rather some federal employees are exempt.....

If only real reporters asked questions like why the White House, CDC, FDA, Congress, and their staffers, the Post Office, Google are exempt. A mandate is not a law, it is an edict. The states decide the laws for their population within the boundaries of the Constitution.
