Now the premise of twitter - I mean It's really not useful. Not or me anyway. The Signal to Noise ratio is insane. Outside of that there is no lack of smaller socials to check out.
I do hear you that Twitter is the blessed social - as such they won't bless 2 and the truth is dumbasses who can barely work the internet and have to learn twitter are sure never going to abandon it.

I like all of this except....with nowhere to go and nothing to do during the whole COVID LARP, educational TV shows have been a godsend. Nature, science (the real kind, not the LARP kind), animals, the ocean, the universe, How It's Made, even The Unexplained, Mysteries at the Museum, and Paranormal Caught on Camera...TV can be fun now that there is no news at all to watch (cable sys doesn't carry OAN).

People in my surroundings know that I don't watch the TV, the last time I turned on the TV and watched something was maybe in 2010. I pay for the TV subscription only because when you get tv + internet in a pack you pay like 50% less than when you get the internet only, which is kinda weird, isn't it? Anyways when I talk with my friends about what's going on and they don't really know what to say, they're like "yeah well you don't watch the news so you don't really know what's going on". My point is, it's obvious for us that the news is all lies and propaganda but most people think that's the only trustworthy source of information. The posts like that will never change anyone's perspective. We can upvote it as much as we want to but we're in a bubble, it's pointless.

Everyone should have something to fall back on, a side gig, hustle, etc. Something you can do on your own to make extra coin. It doesn't even need to be elaborate, highly lucrative, or require great skill. What it does however is increase your independence from a broken system. And, while you are doing this it will immediately begin to teach you what you need to do, to do more of it. In other words, your game will improve as you play it.

I dont agree with homeschooling is the way to go…. Many parents are not as sound at teaching their kids advanced math and science… we must keep the technological edge in the world…. not just for security, but for the economy… Better yet, the challenge should be to leave your job, and flood the field of education with patriotic teachers. Then we can prevent the downfall of our children and the country… and teach them real shit… not the retarded common core bullshit they are taught now…fuck the commies
Look into the Saxon books. I used college level books designed to build on each chapter so the student can self-learn. My kid did calculus and trig in homeschool, and did very well on his AP tests. Before I pulled him out of school, I did insist he take chemistry because I didn't have a way to set up a lab. I also had access to friends as mentors in physics and math.

There is a great opportunity for physicians and nurses to start making home visits outside of the healthcare system. A parallel economy is the way to resist and to defund the totalitarian fascism we are now seeing. IMHO, when healthcare insurance (Aetna, Cigna, BluCross, etc.) became big business it became a monopoly that now abuses that power. The medical profession lost their soul.
Door-to-door doctors is what is needed to end this BS at medical hospitals and clinics. Physical examinations can be easily done out of a doctor's bag. Heck, even using a paramedic truck for home visits would be a great idea for over worked and stressed out doctors. They can pursue the Hippocratic oath they have sworn to.

Trades are wildly overrated. I say this as someone who worked a trade for 8 years. Trades have long hours, unhealthy environments, high risk of injury. The pay is only good if you work copious overtime. It's not for everyone.
And there are so many crooked bosses.
