This is a list of what people should be eating anyways. Lo and behold healthy living/eating solves many of these health problems. Who would have thought
I was thinking that exact thing. I looked at that list and thought I eat all that already.
No wonder I can’t catch covid. I eat almost a whole red onion daily
Red Onion is a food of the gods. They add such a spark and flavor to dishes, I try to add slivers of them into dishes every chance I can.
Good choice, chef!
I think i bought the wrong ones. They said red onions you’re supposed to be able to eat raw but it was so spicy I couldn’t do it. But they looked just like the picture and they were labeled red onions. Where did I go wrong
Onion's heat varies based on the soil they were grown in. Vidalia and Walla Walla sweet onions are simply grown in low sulfur soils. So despite the color the heat will vary by region.
Try pickling them for better flavor and easier eating.

Thanks fren
Do you live by yourself? ;-)
No we eat a lot of Greek salad lol
LOL
There are never any invites over for their house. What's that smell, oh nothing, we grow onions inside.
I swear, onion and garlic smell floods out of my pores after eating them. LOL
You and me both. Crawfish and Crab boils and all the garlic I'd eat in my younger years. Definitely not to person to be close to afterwards.
Red onions don’t make my breath or body smell like other ones do. Interesting. I too eat a whole one per day!
I bought a bottle with 180, 250mg capsules at the Vitimin Shoppe for around $20. Poor man’s hydroxychloroquine. It’s not quite as effective but is cheap and readily available.
Is there a website you could list where I could buy some from Canada?
I'm really liking the red wine option.
Actually thanks for posting I eat a lot of cruciferous vegetables. I have been taking a quercitin supplement with my vitamin regimen every day.
ZINC is the magic, Quercetin, HCQ and these other listed sources function to allow Zinc into your cells. Just a reminder so folks don't forget this very important key to defeating Covid.
Oh I know I already take the front line doctors vitamin regimen. I do recommend gas x with the quercetin it's high fiber and makes one a bit tooty😂
Freedom farts
Beans beans beans they are good for your heart, the more you eat, the more you fart, the more you fart, the better you feel, so eat your beans with every meal. KeK
I sing that to my grandbaby lol
Oh brother
Beef, lamb, chickpeas, lentils, beans, seeds, nuts, dairy, eggs, potatoes, green beans, kale, and DARK CHOCOLATE for the win. (There are ones I missed.)
Thanks fren..... [ asking for a world of frens =) ]
Oysters!
Haha :)
At my household we regularly eat most of those foods, but from now on I will buy red onions instead of the cheaper yellow onions. Plus, my wife and I started taking Quercetin capsules just last week, in addition to zinc, vitamins D, C, and B12, and other multivitamins and calcium. We lead healthy lives, gym 5 days a week, and don't smoke or drink, and for years now I have drunk Publix Diet Tonic Water with lime juice for dinner, so I don't get the sugars that come in the regular tonic water, and I have been ingesting its Quinine for all these years. I'm trusting my natural immunity for an illness that is 98% survivable.
Be careful of any artificial sugars in diet drinks. They can be really bad for you. Aspartame has some really toxic effects.
But sparkling waters overall are pretty good for you.
The quinine in tonic water is really quite negligible in terms of having the HCQ prophylactic affect. I followed a recipe posted here that involves grapefruit and lemon rinds. The end result is basically home-made HCQ that's full of very potent quinine. My husband and I have been taking 2 tablespoons each day with vits C, D, and zinc.

Good, thanks.
Switch to regular sparkling water with some lime for flavor. Diet anything is bad for you
Sparkling water does not contain quinine, and that is the whole point of drinking tonic water.
Lol I always wondered why people drink tonic water hahaha carry on. But still diet anything is not good.
The Brits drank tonic water for many years in their tropical colonies as an antimalarial drug and it seemed to have worked.
Thanks, I'll have to check out this diet tonic water. Which section do you typically find it in?
At Publix, it's in the soft drinks aisle. Other stores carry their own brands, just check the ingredients to make sure it has Quinine. And the diet versions don't have sugar, so that's a bonus.
My local supermarket has their own brand of quinine, which doesn't have sugar, but is not labeled as diet.
For several decades the British colonial societies in their tropical colonies drank tonic with with quinine to fend off malaria and dengue fever. It appears to have had some beneficial effects. They also liked to spike the drink with English gin, thus the drink we have today of "gin and tonic." Of course the gin has zero health benefits, but mad dogs and Englishmen....
Should be fine then.
Thanks Fren! I'll get some today
Unfortunately, the Publix diet tonic water contains sucralose AKA Splenda as well as acesulfame potassium (Ace-K).
Both Splenda and Ace-K can mess with gut health. Some studies have shown Splenda can mess with fertility but they've been buried by the pro-Splenda studies.

Can't go wrong with Q tonic if you're wanting some quinine-
https://qmixers.com/our-mixers-3/tonic-water/
"Q" Tonic you say?
Yep. It's got half the calories of the tonic water that contains nasty high fructose corn syrup and also has no artificial sweeteners.
I believe there's a Zevia tonic water as well if you want a zero calorie variety. It's sweetened with Stevia and contains no artificial sweeteners.
Fyi... came across this looking for more information...
"Onions contain calcium, potassium, vitamin C and folate. ... There are still many benefits of raw garlic and onions, but this is good news for those who prefer them cooked. However, cooking them longer than 30 minutes can destroy most of the beneficial compounds.Feb 8, 2012 https://www.triathlete.com › recipes Overlooked Superfood: The Onion - Triathlete Magazine"
So it sounds like a quick sauteeing would retain most of the nutritional value of red onions.
Thanks... the question on this is how much Quercetin the red onion would retain with cooking, not the nutritional value. Or are they the same thing? It would seem that a plant's chemical makeup would remain intact while other characteristics might be changed by the heat. I'm no nutritionist and sincerely want to know how this works.
I’m a red onion gal… put a whole one chopped on a salad omg.
Amen. The things the Lord has already provided for us!
Sooo glad that red wine made the list...
Yup my fav beverage of choice.
It gives me a horrible headache with only a quarter glass, so bad I had to curl up in a corner under a blanket in the summer.
Friends say I am probably allergic.
You're not allergic to the wine... you're probably allergic to the sulfites in the wine instead: https://draxe.com/nutrition/sulfite-allergy/
Been all over these foods! I'm confident in my protection from the BS hoax, through these, the vitamins and supplements that I take but MOSTLY through my faith in the Lord.
I was telling a normie earlier this week about how I never stopped air travel through the scam. She asked "Weren't you afraid (to be exposed to the c-virus)?" I said "NOPE - not for one second!"
COURAGE in the face of TYRANNY wins the day. Compliance and complacency hand the victory to the globoleftist jerks who presume to fein superiority over us. FREEDOM!
OP, this is a TREASURE trove of info. Yes, I could've/should've done the research myself and I have no excuse. But please let me add a big THANK YOU FOR THIS!
GBY & your loved ones! Working/ sharing/ teaching/ learning/ praying/ serving/ standing/ struggling together, WE MAGA!
:D happy to contribute
and raw unflitered honey
goes nicely with green, oolong, white; black teas
Yum. Good thing there are lots of choices. If my life depended on me eating asparagus I'd die.
I already consume many things on the list, including asparagus, but not capers because I don't know what they are, and no red wine. Strictly Sauvignon Blanc.
Lol
Asparagus picked fresh never makes it into the house, I don't like it cooked but just snap off the plant rinse and eat. Yum
Most are part of my diet anyway. Good to know. Thanks for this. I will pass it around.
Ginkgo leaf actually has much higher levels than most of those. It's a wonderful nootropic, and good for brain health as well.
Nice thanks.
What's quercetin good for? I'm a bit out of the loop, it seems.
Quercetin is a zinc ionophore.
https://archive.is/cuofN
Much like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, it allows zinc to pass through into the cells, which helps protect against viral replication.
In other words, if you take zinc supplement or eat zinc rich foods, you still need to eat foods on this list or supplement with quercetin, hydroxychloroquine, or ivermectin in order for it to be able to do its work in boosting natural immunity.

Add green tea to your list to prevent Covid and other health issues. Make sure you are getting quality, organic and non gmo. Most tea brands sold in stores have toxins including lead. If anyone needs good brands I can give links.
I’d be interested in your favorites. I really like tea.
https://numitea.com/
Numi Tea is my favorite brand. I love gunpowder green. They have different blends of green tea as well. I like most of their blends. There’s a few flavors I don't like. A sample pack might be a good choice. I just got two immunity blends and they are light tasing.
https://www.buddhateas.com/
Buddha Tea is another good brand. They have a lot of varieties of tea. It’s a good way to see what you like.
If I don’t like a tea I use it in face mask. You can add it to bath water or foot soak. I make body scrubs with the ones I don’t like. You can find recipes online. It’s my way of repurposing instead of throwing out.
If you want to start blending your own or using loose tea there’s good companies that carry it & they make sure it’s safe. I have some small tea companies links saved. I am doing a little bit of both. Also a local health food store or natural medicine store is a good place to by a small bag of loose tea.
Starwest Botaticals is good source for bulk. Rose Mountain Herbs is very good. If you are local visit. I don’t order because the shipping price isn’t good.
If you are interested in Chaga I order from a lady in Alaska that forages all my of what she sells. She’s on Etsy. I have developed a relationship with her & she’s on Instagram. I’m very confident she’s legit. In fact I order several items from her. If you have questions I don’t mind.
If in doubt about a company make sure the bags are not plastic. It’s a bad problem! I double check everything like that because they can be toxic in different ways.
https://www.republicoftea.com/
I’ve just started drinking some republic tea flavors. I’m not sure about their entire collection. Always double check! Many brands don’t have complete organic, non gmo, non plastic bags.
Traditional Medicinals is safe. I don’t like them, not enough flavor for me. We all have different taste it’s worth a try, they are not expensive.
If you want to drink with out sugar or honey. Make it the night before & put in fridge. In my opinion some flavors are smoother once they cool. Chaga, Chia & Hibiscus are great cold. I don’t do ice because it waters it down.
If you have questions I don’t mind.
Do you know of any teas that increase appetite, I loose mine over seeing a pile of cat poo. I have lost so much weight after loosing my family one by one that I am 87 pounds and lost all my strength, and loosing that made massive wrinkles that I never had before.
I’m sorry you are going through this. I don’t know anything about increasing appetite. I have the opposite problem. I’m thinking there may be a supplement that’s more effective than a tea would be. If I run across anything I’ll let you know.
I know most people don’t like Google search because they track. I agree however I have better luck using Google when I’m searching for this type of information. Double check sources! There’s good helpful info out there as well as bad info. Many people are trying to sell products. I prefer to rely on certified herbalist, aromatherapist, doctors & naturopaths. I’ve seen essential oil blends that help curb appetite. I have not used them. I wonder if there are any that help increase it. I’m not a doctor! It sounds like you aren’t eating because of emotions. I’ve been there decades ago during a bad breakup. I wonder if an essential oil blend that boost mood would help?!
https://www.planttherapy.com/guide-to-wellness
I recommend Plant Therapy company. The link takes you to a search by conditions. It’s easier when you are new to oils. If you are new please read about safety!!! They are amazing but can be harmful to babies, pets, toddlers & pregnant women. (Exceptions apply) They have excellent customer service. I’ve emailed them several times and they always help. If you are on Facebook there’s a good group. I’m not anymore. There’s other good companies, this one has best prices & customer service. I’ll do some research over the next week if I find anything I’ll reply. Blessings💘
Thank you, I have used essential oils for other things so thank you , I will look to a naturopath on line. We no longer have any in the area, unless they are hiding it. My last Dr. was a drug rehab Dr. that treated no addicts also. He could give treatments others would not.
Your welcome. There’s good information online if your interested in essential oils. Look at
https://www.planttherapy.com/ Blog
This company is a back up if Plant Therapy doesn’t have what I need. They are more expensive. They have good information and a YouTube channel.
https://www.aromatics.com/
This company is a very small business. She does it all herself. It’s the best prices I’ve found.
https://bkbotanicals.com/pages/be-kind-botanicals-instagram-collections
My first choice is always Plant Therapy. In July & Black Friday - Christmas is the best sales. They give you reward points can be used for money on orders. I’ve emailed them with many questions, including blend recipes.
Good luck
Thanks for all the info. I’ll need to look into all these. I appreciate it :)
Your welcome. Happy tea drinking🍵
:)
Fasting is huge for your immune system.
IIRC Garlics antimicrobial properties are a result of sulfur compounds and not quercetin
Minus the grains. Keto!
