It's probably because it's a ridiculous lawsuit and doesn't deserve to be covered. Here are the filings, I didn't read through the whole complaint but this guy is seeking 8b in damages because of Trump and Giuliani stealing his electors by force or something.
Not sure why the article linked in this submission referred to it as the Dominion suit though, the video doesn't mention that and the Dominion suit is taking place in a DC court, not New York.
