What are the odds that the submitted report has different verbage from the one made public? In the hearing, they kept everything pretty neutral, but I wonder if the submitted report has more in it discussing motives or things that are under criminal investigation.
Special paper was the only legal paper to use. Whoever was in charge of giving that paper to the counties to use for printing ballots did not give it to them. Counties used their own paper, which was no authorized paper.
