Seriously, I am trying to share the audit report, data and videos to my family via my Gmail account. (kek vindicated!!)
It's not even a big email and its taking 3 minutes to send. No attachments, just a Rumble link to the 3 hour presentation stream and a summary of the highlights with some figures.
Are Google throttling my account because of what I am trying to send?? I have never experienced a simple email take 3 minutes to send.
Are big tech trying to bury this via shenanigans?

We're probably all on some sort of 'watch list'......internet was created to invade and expose every personal thing about yourself and your family to the wrong people in charge.
Is it convenient? Sure. But it comes at a cost.
We lost our privacy freedom when internet was born.
Everyone is being watched. I can't agree that we lost our freedom when the internet was created, we were slaves with an illusion of freedom but the internet has given us the means to free ourselves. As can be seen.
Not freedom in general.....but privacy freedom, yes, we most definitely lost that with internet. It's probably the very reason it was created.....the government knows everything they want to know about each individual on this earth, especially those in developed countries. And it's getting more advance through time. Without the internet, the government would probably know way less than half of what they do know about us today.
And vice versa.

So my trick is to remove a letter off the end of it and tell the person to add the letter back on the end.

Are you talking about searchable content on the internet? If yes, it's likely not Microsoft. I would suggest looking into using different DNS server if possible if you feel you are being censored from certain sites.
Use duckduckgo or another search engine. And change to open DNS and you might have better luck.
Unless Microsoft is adding entries to your hosts file, or you are being hacked it is extremely, unlikely that Microsoft updates would be limiting your web experience.
That said, stop using Chrome now! Google just implemented a whole new level of surveillance with the latest Chrome update.

I use Duck Duck. I have Chrome installed but only use it for Netflix, which I rarely do. Maybe I should delete it.
There's lots of browsers based on chromium, the open source version of Chrome.
Maybe check out brave or dissenter browser.

Automated lists, I can guarantee it(but probably 50% of internet users are on at least 1 such list).
But a 'watch list' in the traditional sense of the term, unlikely. The way this stuff works is people are sorted in tiered lists based on activity level and type of activity and the amount of machine resources allocated to 'manage' the people on these lists is proportional to how high up you are on the 'problem' tier.
More likely answer is that there are content lists that are applied to everyone and whenever a piece of content that fits the listed criteria is sent/shared etc. automated censorship/bandwidth-limitation or other measures are activated to slow or stop the spread of that particular piece of content.
The place this is the most noticeable is various social media but reddit in particular as you can check if your stuff has been removed my simply changing the reddit in the url to revddit, the systems used for this use both optical character and image recognition as well as text/sentence recognition.
