RE: Religious Exemption from Immunization Requirements
I, _____, the undersigned, do hereby swear and affirm that I am a member of a recognized religious organization, and that the immunizations required by _____ are contrary to my religious tenets and practices. On this basis, as the above referenced immunization requirements violate my right to freely exercise my religion as guaranteed by the First Amendment of the Constitution of The United States of America, I am asserting my rights to an exemption from _____ immunization requirements.
1)I, _____, am a Catholic, and my belief is sincere and meaningful.
2)The Catholic church has, over the centuries, extensively addressed issues related to bodily integrity generally and vaccination specifically, including issues of voluntariness and vaccine mandates.
Regarding COVID in particular, the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF) published a “Note on the morality of using some anti-Covid-19 vaccines”(1) on December 21, 2020, stating that:
a)COVID-19 vaccines that used cell lines originating from aborted fetuses are morally compromised. [Note: The J&J vaccine “is an adenoviral vector grown in the PER.C6 cell line that originated from a healthy 18-week-old aborted child.”(2) The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines were tested using the “morally compromised HEK-293 cell line,” originating from “a child aborted in the Netherlands in 1972.”(3). Catholics have a moral duty to avoid use of such vaccines.
b)However, this moral duty “is not obligatory if there is a grave danger, such as the otherwise uncontainable spread” of COVID-19.
c)“In the absence of other means to stop or even prevent the epidemic, the common good may recommend vaccination.”
d)“In such a case, all vaccinations recognized as clinically safe and effective can be used in good conscience.”
e)“At the same time, practical reason makes evident that vaccination is not, as a rule, a moral obligation and that, therefore, it must be voluntary.”
f)“Those who, for reasons of conscience, refuse vaccines produced with cell lines from aborted fetuses, must do their utmost to avoid, by other prophylactic means and appropriate behavior, becoming vehicles for the transmission of the infectious agent.”
3)To summarize, the moral duty to avoid use of these three COVID vaccines is not obligatory only if:
a)The spread of COVID-19 is otherwise uncontainable,
b)There is an absence of other means by which to stop or prevent the epidemic,
c)The vaccines are clinically safe, and
d)The choice to receive a vaccine must be voluntary.
4)If any element is not satisfied, the moral duty to avoid using the vaccines is obligatory. In which case, _____’s vaccine mandate violates my Catholic faith.
5)Even if all elements were satisfied, a non-obligatory moral duty does not equate to me taking a vaccine, much less authorizing a vaccine mandate. It merely means that, as a Catholic, I have the option to evaluate the evidence myself and make my own prudential decision whether to receive a vaccine; to repeat, “it must be voluntary.” I can choose to not take a vaccine, in which case I must “avoid, by other prophylactic means and appropriate behavior, becoming [a] vehicle for the transmission of the infectious agent.”
6)Here, all four elements have yet to be satisfied.
7)The threshold issue is voluntariness: “vaccination is not, as a rule, a moral obligation and, therefore, it must be voluntary.” This mandate violates my Catholic faith because it is, by definition, not voluntary.
8)Rather than a coercive mandate, _____ should emphasize the virtue of Prudence, allowing each student/employee to make a prudential decision whether to take a COVID vaccine. Failing this, _____ should follow the science by changing the mandate to acknowledge two additional “means by which to stop or prevent the epidemic,” two additional forms of protection that are equivalent to or greater than protection gained via some or all of the three COVID vaccines:
a)Naturally acquired immunity via prior COVID infection and subsequent recovery; and
b)Prophylactic protocol, Zinc, Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, and Quercetin.(4)
9)If _____ decides to acknowledge the Prophylactic protocol, Zinc, Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, and Quercetin evidence and allow this form of protection as an alternative to vaccination, I am willing to sign something weekly verifying that I am taking the medication.
10)Furthermore, there is evidence that the three COVID vaccines are not clinically safe. The AMERICA’S FRONTLINE DOCTORS, et al. v. XAVIER BECERRA, Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, et al. complaint mentions some of this evidence, including myocarditis and pericarditis in young men, per the CDC.(5)
11)The most concerning piece of evidence is a graph created using data from Pfizer (next page).
a)All three vaccines utilize the Spike protein. Recent studies(6,7) indicate the Spike protein alone (without coronavirus infection per se) is enough to cause damage, inducing symptoms similar to catching COVID-19. This fact appears to have come as a surprise to the vaccine developers.(8)
b)The three vaccines were designed to anchor the Spike protein to the cell; the Spike protein was not supposed to flow freely in the blood. After injection, the Spike protein was supposed to initially stay in and around the injection site, then eventually end up in the liver to “get chewed up by various destructive enzymes.”(9)
12)However, the Pfizer data (graph on next page) show something different happening in reality:
a)During the initial 8 hours after injection, the Spike protein is flowing freely in both the blood plasma and whole blood. This indicates that the “anchoring” did not work. This was not supposed to happen.
b)The Spike protein is then concentrating in both the ovaries and bone marrow. This was not supposed to happen either. The Spike protein was supposed to end up in the liver to “get chewed up by various destructive enzymes.”
13)Thus far, there is only one year of data available on these three vaccines; nobody knows what the long-term effects will be. This makes Point 14(b) particularly concerning. Concentration of the Spike protein in the ovaries suggests infertility or birth defects as long-term effects, and concentration in the bone marrow suggests leukemia or autoimmune disorders.
14)As a Catholic, I support life. This position is not limited to opposing abortion; it extends to opposing both COVID vaccines tested using aborted fetal cell lines and a vaccine mandate that may, based on available evidence, cause infertility in females and/or birth defects in future children.
(insert graph)
I qualify for this exemption based on the following:
First Amendment of the United States Constitution
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act (42 U.S. Code § 2000e) prohibits discrimination against a sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance. As enforced by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Title VII requires employers to reasonably accommodate an employee's sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance. For religious accommodation request, according to the EEOC's COVID-19 guidance, employers should ordinarily assume that an employee's request for religious accommodation is based on a sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance.
EEOC guidance also reminds employers that the ADA prohibits employers from both disclosing that an employee is receiving a reasonable accommodation and retaliating against an employee for requesting an accommodation.
Failure to uphold 42 U.S. Code § 2000e and any attempt to coerce an individual to get the Covid-19 vaccine is a violation of federal law and may be met with legal action.
Liberty Counsel has a template on their site, they warn it should be in your own words to dont copy word for wrd, but make same points in your own words.
Also she never told them her religion, they asked in a rebuttle letter and shee told them their questions were offensive, irrelevant and unlawful. She was still approved. She attached letters from Liberty counsel stating why their questions were unlawful. They also singled out catholics, and asked her to rebut rhe churchs posistion, she ignored them. Its about her sincerely held religious belief, not what the Pope says. The Pope is also a moron.
Beautiful Glad to hear you were given a religious exemption.
I have been telling everyone I have a religious exemption due to my Catholic Faith. Mainly because flu vaccines including COVID ones use aborted fetal cells either in the PRODUCTION or the FINAL PRODUCT of the vaccines.
You have gone beyond just the use of aborted fetal cells and gone on to support possible birth defects and/or abortions just from the jab itself.
That's really great - glad you exercised your rights!! Any recommendations to tweaking this for non-Catholic sects of Christianity? I'm Baptist, so I'm wondering how I could personalize it...
I hope I did not make it seem that way. I prayed for help before I even started and I did feel divinely guided. When I got my exemption - I spent time in a prayer of gratitude.
My apologies if I my comment carried hostility, I have no doubt in your sincerity. Praying for guidance is always the way to go, it's HIS way. I just get touchy when I even get the feeling that HE'S not getting 100% of the glory, kek
I used the exemption for Catholics. I pasted it together from various sources (don't even remember them) and I did some modifications. Will post my letter if it could help someone else (it was really long).
I work at several colleges as a contract worker and from department Zoom meetings I have heard that many teachers have retired (if they could) who would have stayed on longer. Some of these schools have hiring freezes. Once the vax injuries start to increase, there will be a greater loss. ..
Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance, perseverance, character, and character, hope.
-Romans 5:3-4
Make sure you save your confirmation in case they try to pull a bait-and-switch on you later.
Last night, Kaiser sent blanket approval emails to everyone with a pending RE, but then people checked their HR cases menu on the company intranet and saw they'd been denied. A memo was also leaked that was sent out to managers saying that they would be "re-reviewing" previously-approved exemptions because they didn't believe a lot of people were being sincere, and too many were worded similarly (there's really only so many ways to say "God is my master, not you. Fuck off with your needlerape")
Hello Fren, I am currently in a position of seeking an exemption, would you be able to provide what you did or what resources you used to get your exemption approved. Thanks!
Hello, I got my exemption approved for a university a while back. I said nothing of the vaccine, but instead reworded to me being responsible for my own choices, I decide what's good for me. I used Corinthians 3:16-18, that states that not only should I maintain my temple, but that if it was destroyed, that it would destroy me. 18 states that I should not try to be deceived into destroying my temple. Hopefully this helps. I followed the strict guidelines of showing your faith, don't talk anything related to vaccines because that's going to be ammo against you. Best of luck!
Edit: Forgot to mention you can use this in junction with the resources OP listed above. Hopefully this doesn't confuse you since OP and I had different forms and therefore different things to fill on the form.
I just posted the letter in the comments section. HR presented a form to fill for religious exemption and I attached a letter to that form. HR had their own email account just for vaccination forms (included request for exemption).
I edited and modified parts of the templates. For example the virmostpowerfulradio had ivermectin in as a prophylactic. I used Dr. Zelenko modified protocol instead.
https://covid19.onedaymd.com/2021/03/quercetin-and-zinc-zelenko-treatment.html
He originally had used HCQ but he is in New York so he could no longer get it. He then used Quercetin instead.
What graph are u speaking of in this letter? I really appreciate your help. My job sent out our email yesterday to get vaxx by 2.1 22 or be terminated and i have 27 years
I had my religious exemption approved aswell. Thought i was in the clear but my employer basically saying it doesnt matter. Either get vaxxed and be able to work, or get placed on Unpaid LOA. Essentially nullifying the religious exemption. Also cant get Unemployment since i am not fired. Still not getting it the shot. My self and a few others will probably put in a lawsuit.
Thank you fren. It has been extremely stressful. It's hard for him to focus on teaching etc while HR keeps demanding new information, new attestations and new documents. These universities are totally insane and of course all of his colleagues are pants on head crazy.
UnVaxxers are going to get screwed no matter what! The death rate of the COVID is around 1%, why would anybody have to keep getting a test for something that basically doesn't even kill you unless you have a comorbidity. The Flu season never happened, so you know they told people with the Flu it was COVID. We're all being played by Communist Scum!
They are nuts about it. I get emails all the time about making sure students wear their masks correctly. They are all "Karens". Some profs kick students out of their classes if they are caught not pulling their masks over their noses more than once. What they are doing to our students is so sad. I can understand the F**k Biden at college football games.

Hallelujah Jesus is good!
Amen - amazing what he can do for you!
...Or what we could do to honor HIM.
Jesus isn't room service, fren.
I hope I did not make it seem that way. I prayed for help before I even started and I did feel divinely guided. When I got my exemption - I spent time in a prayer of gratitude.
God says he searches the entire earth looking for some one to be strong in their behalf. All He ask is that we ask. He never fails.
My apologies if I my comment carried hostility, I have no doubt in your sincerity. Praying for guidance is always the way to go, it's HIS way. I just get touchy when I even get the feeling that HE'S not getting 100% of the glory, kek
I did not take it that way. He is the 100% of the glory.
I used the exemption for Catholics. I pasted it together from various sources (don't even remember them) and I did some modifications. Will post my letter if it could help someone else (it was really long).
Please post the letter. I want ideas.
I just posted it in the comments section.
Thank you fren
You're welcome
BTW - HR said that the exemption was good for one year.
Within one year HR will be scrambling to find people to work.
I work at several colleges as a contract worker and from department Zoom meetings I have heard that many teachers have retired (if they could) who would have stayed on longer. Some of these schools have hiring freezes. Once the vax injuries start to increase, there will be a greater loss. ..
Ok, fine, in a year if they ask you submit the same thing, your faith will only be stronger then.
Absolutely
Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance, perseverance, character, and character, hope. -Romans 5:3-4
Did you let HR know that your faith has no expiration date?
Make sure you save your confirmation in case they try to pull a bait-and-switch on you later.

Thanks - will do
Can you share what did you do? Just an overview how you made your case?
I just posted the letter in the comments sections.
I will post the graph showing data from Pfizer data in another post since I do not know how to post a pic in the comments section.
You know, other work related vaccines (such as hep b for biohazards) only require that you sign a statement of declination…
But this is the big bad ole COIVD-D-D!
Congrats!
Thanks!

Here are the two links that I used - https://virginmostpowerfulradio.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Catholic-exemption_Template.pdf https://forunitedsolutions.org/religious-exemptions (I used the template for professors but there are other ones there for different employers)

Ty fren waiting to see if mine will be approved
Congradulations. No worry now.
A bandaid on a gushing wound. Keep fighting.
Is there a similar form for Protestants? My wife might need it down the road for her job.
Interested in your letter
I just posted it as a comment in my original post.
What graph are u speaking of in this letter? I really appreciate your help. My job sent out our email yesterday to get vaxx by 2.1 22 or be terminated and i have 27 years
Nicely written
Thanks! But I did copy most of it. Feel like a modern student. ;-) I am a geologist not a wordsmith.
Im going to do my exemption last day as well. But they will want me to get tested, I refuse so they will fire me regardless.
I had my religious exemption approved aswell. Thought i was in the clear but my employer basically saying it doesnt matter. Either get vaxxed and be able to work, or get placed on Unpaid LOA. Not sure what you do for work. But companies do not want to lose people. Especially a good employee.
I teach at a university as an adjunct. The semester is 4 weeks in and I teach 2 classes. My dept. would not be able my jobs at this point.
Thanks fren. My husband is dealing with a uni exemption right now.
You're welcome. Hope he gets it soon. It is so stressful.
Thank you fren. It has been extremely stressful. It's hard for him to focus on teaching etc while HR keeps demanding new information, new attestations and new documents. These universities are totally insane and of course all of his colleagues are pants on head crazy.
This is fantastic.
YAY!!!!! Praise God! From whom we get our rights-not men
Amen
Congrats!
It’s such an overreach to begin with that I hope lots of HR departments just rubber stamp these exemption forms like OP’s
Do you still have to take test?
Yes, once a week from a qualified lab.
Because they are covidiots. I gave up trying to understand normies.
Me Too!
Yea!
They really are making you take a test? I thought the exemption prevented that.
No - this is a university and they are really going hard on everyone.
Ahh.. I see.
You are correct.
A university might be more strict about it.
I work from home.
They are nuts about it. I get emails all the time about making sure students wear their masks correctly. They are all "Karens". Some profs kick students out of their classes if they are caught not pulling their masks over their noses more than once. What they are doing to our students is so sad. I can understand the F**k Biden at college football games.
Lol, we must work at the same school, or they are all the same.
They are all the same. They have become factories.
That is glorious!
