They are playing a game. They cannot tell you that you resigned, that is your decision to make and nothing short of a letter of resignation will stand in court.
I will tell you that we are not the few, we are the many and I am working on organizing who all is against it now. By my estimation at least 1/3 of us are against it. People need to know that they are not alone in this and people cannot be told that they resigned. They are trying to make people think that so they dont show, after which will be deemed to have voluntarily quit and absolve the company from wrongful termination lawsuits.
So they have it posted on the internal homepage that they are following the federal mandate but there is no mandate yet. OSHA has not released the ETS. We need to get a lawyer fast.
The jab doesn't work, It is worse than getting the disease. There are proven treatments for the disease that are better than the jab. Do not go to the hospital, they will not treat the disease and may kill you due to politicized "protocol". Mine came out today for Dec 8th as well. Maybe we're in the same hi-tech corp. I need to replicate my current Common Law work into a parallel action. This time against the HR head. Maybe we can and should work together.
Don't quit. There will be class action lawsuits. Do not throw that option away.
