It's quite scary and saddening to see what a rapid decline this once Great Country is going through right now. Our government has been given way too much power. They've become too big.....and this is the result of that.
We the Citizens can put a stop to this all though. But we can't wait too long.

Governor Newsom - who no doubt cheated in his CA recall as I know both liberal and conservatives who wanted him out on his elitist @ss - has signed a law that next year ALL public school students from Kindergarten through 12th grade must be vaccinated! The Teacher's Association demanded this be done cause they are skeered of Covid even though most of those idiots are fully vaxxed.
I homeschooled my kids 20+ years ago. I'm volunteering with a Christian and secular homeschool organization that has been swamped with angry parents wanting information as they don't want their kids injected with an experimental substance that can and does cause horrific damage to young immune systems. Death even.
I wouldn't put it past Newsom to try to ban homeschooling in CA.

The single event that broke into WWII was the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Before the the Civil War was kick started with the attack on Ft. Sumter.

Yup. As I posted in another reply, I got a call from a CA homeschool organization that I hadn't done much with - save for teaching a practical sewing class for teens - in over 20 years. They are taking calls and emails from angry parents who are desperate to learn how they can homeschool.

I can only assume that you have mis-written that statement...... because that assumption is completely ignorant of the facts relating to the start of WWII or indeed that it had been raging for 2 1/2 years before Pearl Harbour...... the allies without the USA were fighting the Axis powers in Europe, Asia, Africa, Asia Minor and across the Seas..... WWII was a World War long before Pearl Harbour .....!

I understand your theory, but I disagree.. here's why...You never know what they are teaching your children behind closed doors. The children should not be on that battlefield alone. Very few children can understand when they are being brainwashed, groomed, and spoon fed pornagraphy to make is seem 'normal behavior'. Its best to pull them to make a statement that you disagree. If enough children are out, they will hopefully see we don't need them. It's a good strategy for this particular part of the war, especially since it is our CHILDREN. On the flip side... if its your employer and they are forcing you out.. DON'T QUIT... make them fire you... make them make the move.
I get that, but that's why you need to communicate with your children, talk to them, to see what they've learned, what they are thinking. Unfortunately, as far as I can see, many parents just toss their children in schools and don't want to deal with the rest. It's a battle on many fronts, but it has to be fought, because there is nowhere to go back now. :(
Some children have communication disorders and can't or won't tell what's happening. The peer pressure school environment does strange things to kids and they have them for more waking hours, so guess where the loyalty might wind up?
Read The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America by Charlotte Iserbyt or The Underground History of American Education by John Taylor Gatto and you will understand that the public education system in America was designed for nefarious purposes going back 100+ years.
The school system is not designed to make a child the best they can be, but to make the most obedient worker. By homeschooling my kids for the past 14 years, they have learned ownership over their education and don't look to an authority figure for approval.

I'm sorry, but in this case you're wrong. Children don't have the maturity or power to stand up against teachers or administration. And believe me, there are teachers and administrators who will take full advantage of that. Do you want your student vaccinated at school without your knowledge? Do you want your student being taught to hate the USA and our founding principles at school? I'm afraid we are at a point in history where public education needs to be destroyed, at least temporarily. And this is from a family of retired public school teachers and administrators.
My kids are at home for school. This school teaches to see through all the bullshit.

I love Candace but I completely disagree with her on this point. Don't pull your kids out of public schools. Make the school boards own up to the garbage being pushed on kids, make them sweat. We all pay for schools. School boards are elected officials. Show up and demand answers.
Yet how many parents on this very board--WHO SHOULD KNOW BETTER--are going to keep sending their kids to school. Whining all the way: I'm too poor to homeschool, I'm too busy, my schedule doesn't allow it wah wah blah.
