He gave me a long look and just said, "Noted". So yeh, in this aspect I'd be giving up a second pension, 401k, additional healthcare, dental, optometry, 2 weeks paid leave/yr, and a job I love. BUT, like in the military, I know my shit, do top work, and am one of 2 trainers for the work we do for the company.
