If any of you use Firefox, I suggest the Multi-Account Containers extension. You can define your own containers and add domains to it, which isolates your cookies. For example, create a "Fake News" container and add msnbc.com, nyt.com, msn.com, etc. Then those sites can't access any of your data outside of the container. It's not a perfect solution, but it helps.
There are also browser extensions for Chrome and Firefox that add one-click archiving to your toolbar, for both archive.is and archive.org.
Yes!! I've just recently become an archiving machine, as some of you may have noticed. Do you think the archive url should be linked in the title or the live link? Or does it really matter..? I, for one, have occasionally opened the article without even opening the post. So if a lot of us view them that way, it might be best to use the archive url in the title..?
it mentions military falls under this too. My military family member didnt want the shots and caved to their pressure. People need to hang over this and they will.

The judge also ruled that "active duty military plaintiffs, whose religious exception requests have been denied, will not be disciplined or separated during the pendency of their appeals.""
strange how fox isn't playing this at all, i can't watch cnn, and have been too busy to watch msnbc, but fox isn't talking about this at all and it should be headlining.
Did I miss something? It says plaintiffs won't be fired "while his or her religious exemption is pending." It then says plaintiffs who were denied religious exemptions can't be fired while their appeals are pending. Finally, it just says the defendants must file a notice that indicates whether or not they agree with the judge. So, does this mean they CAN be fired for not taking the shots as long as it's not during the "exemption pending" or "exemption appeal" process? What happens after both of those? I'm not sure this is good news.
Then again, the title of the article says "Biden admin TEMPORARILY barred..." while the post here leaves out the word "temporarily".
Yeah, great point. I'm a fed worker, and all this story tells me is, as long as they're reviewing/considering my exemption, they can't fire me. In some ways, it's just delaying the (arguable) inevitable.
The administration openly says they will not comply with the TRO, and we already know there will be zero retribution for non- compliance with this judge’s order. So how is this a huge “hot” win.
Not that things should have gotten to this point in the first place…. But if the Bidet admin can’t force this on federal employees then it stands to reason that no government agency can force it on private sector employees.

This looks like a pretty standard restraining order that judges issue regularly to protect plaintiffs from being affected by a standard they're suing over while the lawsuit is in practice. This does not appear to affect anyone not involved directly in suing the administration in this specific case.

I assume most companies are only caving due to the $700,000 fines.
I think this could allow the exemptions to be "pending" forever, allowing employees to keep working, and let the companies off the hook for the fines.

There was never a risk of them actually being able to legally enforce it on private sector employees.
And the only reason they were "able" to enforce it is because you can do anything until you're stopped (legally and otherwise)
