I got a bit overeager reading all the good feedback people were having and I wanted to do too much rather than too little. Now, I am wondering if I made a mistake. Its been about 40 minutes and I report no problem so far. Should I be worried?

I always overdose my horse (real horse), never a problem. From what I understand Ivermectin is extremely safe drug, wide safety margin.
Probably not. Though, I would recommend not taking any more for 48-72 hours, just to be safe. From what I remember, the half-life is 24-36 hours. Be good to your liver, fren.

I'm not a doctor and this is not medical advice. Do your own research, but, from what I have read:
LD50 (Lethal dose if given to everyone, 50% would die) is 50 Mg/Kg. You weigh 75Kg so you would have a 50/50 chance it would kill you if you took 3750 Mg. If you took the whole tube, you would only get 113.75 Mg, You took 5 notches so you only got around 21Mg.
Many have stated on here that it’s fine they have taken twice the amount they should have ..you didn’t even take twice as much ..plus it’s ivermectin it’s an antibiotic it’s not morphine ...don’t worry stress is not good and it will get the parasites to take cover and hold on ..relax and praise God for the ivermectin..good on ya

You can take ten times the recommended dosage and be just fine (not that I am recommending that, that's just what the evidence suggests). Ivermectin is one of the most well tolerated drugs there is. If you are sick just stick with the regular schedule. If you are not sick and are using it as prophylaxis just stick with the regular schedule.
It's ridiculous how safe Ivermectin is.

IVM has a very wide latitude of safety. The LD50 is about 100 tubes of horse paste. You’ll be fine.

I read studies on ivermectin. Some crazy guy out there took the equivalent of 4 horse syringes and went to the hospital. Fine two days later. That's enough for four fuckin horses!
You could always call the poison control center and ask. From my online searches it seemed very safe.

I had an entire gallon of the topical cattle drench break open in my lap soaking me from my belly button to my toes. Probably soaked in enough ivermectin through my skin to deworm a herd of elephants and not a single bad reaction except the alchohol in the drench started burning my balls. Finally found a garden hose and washed myself off about 20 minutes later. Real story, no side effects at all except a red crotch.
Nope you will start having problems if you took it for 8,250lbs so don't do that.

"You can also overdose on ivermectin, which can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, hypotension (low blood pressure), allergic reactions (itching and hives), dizziness, ataxia (problems with balance), seizures, coma and even death."
They define overdosing as taking 20% more than you should, by what you said you've taken 75% more than you should have.

Have a protocol saved says use 1 + 1/3rd ones weight for the horse paste. Also one indicates for a 200 lb man you’d have to ingest several tubes to come close to overdose. Growing a tail does not constitute and overdose!

You'd need to overdose 10 x that much and then the only problems you might experience is a slightly upset stomach.
They had to give primates, in testing, something like 10-20 times more than than a normal dose to have any negative effects and something like 100 times to OD them. You should be fine.
