Telling people they are cowards is NOT really great psychology. Not "you are bad", but rather "you're actions are bad". Identification with a negative identity is not really a healthy way to go.
This meme doesn't really give people an out. It simply judges them, tells them that they are crap ("coward"). That drives the negative identification of the Cabal further, and make escape from it harder.
It will be promoted and indulged in by those "in the right" because it gives them the satisfaction of telling others "they are cowards".
