Ask Alec Baldwin if that is a smart thing to do.
That, in itself, should be a crime if it isn't already
Jury Intimidation.
The U.S. Marine Corps will incorporate the video of this part of the Rittenhouse trial in Basic Training.
This particular failure of trigger discipline will become known as...
"Binger Finger"

That’s a good one! ☝🏼 🤣
Lol ..Actually out loud ..good one

Binger Littlefinger!

And all the "night of" photos of Kyle show his finger off the trigger and pointed down the frame if memory serves me correct. What idiocracy.....
Warning shots - besides stupidly wasting ammo - are pretty much illegal EVERYWHERE!
I'd argue that Kyle's "Warning Shot" was the first one where he hit his intended target!
Yep. Warning shots are not responsible gun handling. Ricochets can kill too!
The state (prosecution) is being sneaky by not including the optic that was originally on the gun. Claiming the box they use to transport the gun was "too small". I mean for frogs snacks goto any sporting goods store and buy a proper gun case.
While this might be innocent or inconsequential, it sends a subliminal message to the jurrors that a gun with no optic is fairly hard to aim (it's not impossible) and enforces the prosecution's stance that Kyle was reckless.
I can't believe no one objected or corrected that. The weapon allegedly used in a crime should be in the exact same configuration as it was during the act.
At the distances Kyle was firing, no optic is necessary anyway. He literally waited until those faggots we’re on top of him.
Nurybwont think that deeply. Likely just freaking that this joke was pointing a gun at them
Kyle has much better trigger discipline than this clown of a man.
With the bolt forward too...
Could 100% be a live round in the chamber...
Defense attorney should have said, "hey, did any of you feel afraid when the prosecutor pointed a weapon at you, even here in the safety of the courtroom? Yeah? Me too. Just as Kyle felt in the midst of a riot when someone pointed his pistol right at his head."
I thought it was funny when the prosecution said Kyle was a pussy for not fight a mob in hand to hand combat and that a skateboard wasn't a deadly weapon. Did the defense even show some other footage from the other blm riots were people got pummeled to near death with skateboards and by the mobs of people.
Is it just me or is he holding it wrong? Like I feel as if it's too high up.
Its not just you. He is holding it all wrong. All three points of contact are sloppy. Stock too high, not in the shoulder pocket, trigger hand too low, support hand is obviously weak, and with the finger on the trigger to boot. Fail.
Lol i took one look at his form and was like "This is all wrong!" but i expect nothing less from a man who knows absolutely nothing about guns and how they operate. After all this is a guy who thinks carrying a gun forfeits your right to self defense.
Yeah thats gonna recoil into the top of his shoulder and even though there's not much recoil on an ar15 probably flip out of his pussy hands.
Is that the shoulder thing that go up?
A barrel shroud?
Assault weapon
Could have been an Alex Baldwin moment.
What a marooon
It's OK, Richards closing was surprisingly really good, the case is solid, unless jury is nuts Kyle walks.
I was taught when I was maybe six to never even pretend my finger was a gun and point it at someone. That is just something you don't do, pointing a real gun at anyone unless necessary to defend you or others. Unless they checked to see if it was unloaded right there in front of everyone.
Agree. Train your children firearm safety rules. Then if they stumble upon one in any situation, they will know what to do (and definitely what not to do).
Still sloppy af
Its a gun. You treat it as though its loaded.
That's the best way to go. Guns were not meant to be unloaded. So we should always assume they are.
No doubt if it was loaded the idiot would have shot him for a lot of nonsensical reasons, it seems he's trying to send a message to the Judge who has stood his ground against this mindless DS tool.
What a dimwit.

Thanks for the laugh!
I'm rather surprised that wasn't a cable lock run up through the mag well, and out of the ejection port, to physically block the bolt from going forward into battery.
What a fucking idiot.
I'm certain I would not have been able to sit there as a member of the jury without protesting loudly about someone pointing a weapon at me like that.
I guess that's why they have alternates.
No, that's why he did it. It's an intentional stunt to demonstrate to the jury how it feels to have a loaded gun pointed at them. It engages them toward the 'provocation' crap he rolled out at the end.
What an absolute idiot ..this has to be planned ..they usually use there hands pretending to point a gun ...was anything said to this moron?
He accused the defendant of pointing a gun at people and he is doing the same thing. The jurors should bring charges against the prosecutor. “He just pointed a gun at me which at the very least is a misdemeanor.”
If he had actually shot it holding this way it would probably have blown four-eye's glasses right off.
Ehhhh... gas operated recoil system would do its job. Probably just shift a bit, but wouldn't kick back like a standard rifle recoils. Hes still holding it like a total pussy though.
That seems scarily prophetic! First libra-masc demi-boy superhero who fights for social justice
Against mostly 17 year olds.
Why were u downvoted ? Because you called him 4 eyes ?
He's NOT a foureyes!
Flashes back to high school bullying days
That’s what I thought ..school and bullying ..lol
The dust cover is open on that weapon, meaning someone racked the slide. Praying it was to check the chamber but this numb nuts prosecutor with his finger on the trigger probably would not have known this.
Was he being paid by the defense? Asking because he practically gave the case to them with his idiot moves and speeches. The only way I see Kyle getting a guilty verdict is if he has a stupid jury.
Didn't he say this was provocation?
He should be disbarred for this. Total idiot. Probably the first time he ever held a firearm.
Binger is really enjoying getting up and personal with the weapon that killed someone. Look at the pressure he's putting on it with his cheek.
To bad the jury didn't all... DUCK! Would have been a great visual.
Millions of gun owners across the country cringe in disbelief that anyone could be this ignorant.
The only time I sat on a jury was for an assault and battery case. The weapon used was a baseball bat. During the opening arguments, the prosecutor held up Louisville Slugger. During the trial, we found out the bat used was one of those little souvenir bats. More like a Billy club. Still inflected a lot of damage, but if the true slugger had been used, the result would have been like that scene in the Untouchables and there would not have been a victim left to testify. It was very theatrical. As a juror, I felt it was manipulative. I would not be surprised if this jury feels the same way. The prosecutor reeks of desperation.
He has never shot a gun.
I was 5 years old when i shot my first bullet. It was a rouger 357. Never forgot.
My dad placed his hands over mine to control the recoil.
From that day forward at the age of 5, i understood that guns are a tool that must be treated carefully.
You never point a gun at anyone, even if you know it is unarmed.
WTB clip
Its called a magazine.
fkn lol i'm talking about a clip of the lawyer in the court room not a magazine
u/#Topkek
kek. shoulda been more specific.
because he is a retard that doesn't know gun safety
He did that to scare them and get them to falsely feel what the dead guys felt in hopes they agree and convict.
That's attempted murder
