Exemption Lie:(least moral option) Go to your PCP for abdominal pain. State that you took Miralax, your tongue started swelling and your face itched and you had a feeling like you were going to die, luckily your neighbor had an epi-pen on him and gave it to you. this was yesterday and now you have stomach pains. They will chart that you are allergic to PEG. PEG is in the covid vaccines, wait as long as you can then fill out a medical exemption since you are allergic to the vaccine.
Get around the law ask HR for the ETS and read it, you will find several exemptions. for example (100 percent remote, 1099 contractors, etc) find an exemption that fits you.
Appeal to your uppers let them know that this is wrong for a variety of reasons and it's highly unethical to do this. Ask them to stop it. Let them know that all injuries are on them since they are enforcing a mandate that doesn't exist federally. Tell them that you are the sole provider for your family, you will take it if they will sign in writing that any injuries occurred directly or indirectly, which can be attributed from or appears to be attributed from the vaccine will be paid for by them and in the event of your death, they will payout 100% of your salary to the family for 50 years.
Scare them Get a lawyer and send them some scary notices of cease and desist on this stuff.
In addition, the OSHA mandate for the moment is in limbo. Copy and pass on to HR.

When I was fired I took the opportunity to start my own business. Although I had almost no savings, I made money from week one (repair/maintenance) and never looked back. All I had to do initially was to dump unnecessary subscriptions (TV etc.) and mailshot local companies. Maybe I was lucky in having existing skills but I'm convinced that anyone could do it.
Oh, and while I was working I took photos of all documents that might be useful to me. It saved me from having to buy some expensive books.

A federal judge ruled that the pfizer shot is not the same as comirnaty and is therefore considered a EUA vaccine, which means it's experimental. So they can't force you to take an experimental vaccine. If they fire you they are liable. You should submit an exemption to start and you should reference that legal ruling somewhere in your paperwork, that gets the legal process started during which you shouldn't be fired. Then you have the new Florida law that another poster has already noted on this thread. You should also copy and send that to HR along with your exemption. My friend said they did this and got together to find out 80% of them did not want to take it. So, the group informed management HR they were not going to get the shot and were all prepared to walk. Management soon after backed down. This was a company of more than 100 employees.

The newly passed Florida law states if an employer mandates the vaccine, several exemptions must be offered to the employees. I'd refer your employer to the law, and ask how do you submit your exemption.

If you’re a Floridian report it to the state. State law does not allow for employers to enforce a mandate.
